I feel like I'm at a spa. This office is beautiful! I'm a mother of 2 so this will be my go to dentist office. My daughter is 10 and she just loves Dr. Pham. He's very friendly and welcoming. He makes her feel at ease and she's looking forward to her next cleaning. My husband recently went there to get a cleaning and also some work done. What an AMAZING job! I visited Dr. Pham tonight to have a molar pulled. It was the first time I've ever been awake (not-sedated) for a tooth extraction and I was nervous. I am like a 5-year-old when it comes to dental work. Dr. Pham tried to save the tooth a few weeks ago but it was too far gone. He explained everything that was going on so there were no surprises. He made sure the area was numb, carefully broke up the tooth and gently worked it out of my mouth all while I watched a movie. He's super meticulous and calm. Most importantly, I didn't feel anything. I was also there a few weeks ago to have a cavity filled. Again, he was really patient and not rushed. The waiting area is super chic and inviting. It doesn't feel like a dentist's office at all. Kelsey, Kirsten and the rest of the staff are super sweet, too. I definitely trust and recommend Brush Boutique. I've been going to Dr. Pham for over a year now as his location was close to my office. Now that I work remote, I still make the hour commute to see him. That should say a lot about his service and bedside manner. Statistics show people are more likely to change their doctors before their dentists. Lol. Brush is a really nice dental office. They offer COLD drinks and light snacks in the waiting room, which makes it helpful for people who take their lunch breaks to visit the doctor. I often schedule my visits around lunch so it helps that I can get a quick snack in before returning. How thoroughly thought out is that? Imagine water from a bottle and not a paper cone cup. Lol. More than anything, Dr. Pham is honest. Some dentist give you "half ass work" on your fillings, root canals, and etc. I've been a victim of it and Dr. Pham had to correct it. He thoroughly explains the procedure. I have TMJ and my jaw locks up fast. The slightest pressure will set it off. It helps that Dr. Pham is trained to "unlock" me. Don't think twice! My husband has been coming here and decided to do Invisalign since he lost his retainer and his teeth shifted a bit. I had a dentist that I loved here in Houston before we moved away. He was just not close to home. My husband raved about the dentist here and the staff so I figured why not? With COVID, safety is a big concern for me and my family and this place is great. They have great procedures in place. My cleaning went amazing. They were fast and through. I felt bad because I had to take a conference call when they were cleaning my teeth. They totally understood that I put my earpods on and listened to my call. Well I liked them so much we made dentist appointments for the kids here. My little son who is 3 said he loved his dentist when he got home. We pass by the dentist office and he will point and say let's stop by. If you have a small child and are thinking about where to bring your child this is a great family dentist. We had some questions because my son has a tongue tie and Dr Pham gave us a very honest answer. He isn't trying to just recommend unnecessary procedures. I had a super positive experience and it was nice not driving 30 minutes away to my old dentist. I visited this dentist recently on the recommendation of my better half. We have another dentist within 5 minutes of the house, but this one is worth the extra 10-15 minutes in the car. The office is overall very clean, and welcoming...it honestly doesn't look like a dentist office, I feel like I'm going to a spa. The waiting area is comfortable, with coffee, water, and cookies available, but who takes those while waiting around, really? ;) (I forgot to get a cookie on my way out the last time...it won't happen again). They have a small play room for the kiddos too. The staff are exceptional! They are very polite, and on top of their game. I received texts and phone calls to confirm my appointments, I received a follow up call the day after treatment, to check and see how I was doing. Dr. Pham is very polite, and quickly puts you at ease. They offer movies to watch while you wait, and while getting your treatment (it definitely distracts you enough). Dr.Pham and the staff here are top notch! I went in for a cleaning after not having been to the dentist for a while. They were very professional and accommodating as it had been a while. Dr. Pham explained everything thoroughly as did Monica and when I returned for a deep cleaning Dr. Pham and Kelsey did my deep cleaning. Was very impressed with the location itself, great lobby and accommodation for patients with TV's and calming music. The receptionist (didn't get her name) was also extremely sweet and helpful. We have loved this office until the last couple of times we have come. We make our appt for first thing in the morning because I have 3 kids and don't want to wait forever to be seen. Two times in a row now we have come with a first appt of the day at 9:20 and haven't been seen until at least 10. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service. My time is valuable and I don't need to waste it on someone who has no regard for my time. I chose a new dentist, which is a difficult task. I tried many dental operations in the spring area and can't say I would recommend any however I was pleased with this dentist. I believe he is the owner of his operation. He took the time to answer my questions regarding dental care, retainer, whitening etc. I wasn't in need of any major work (crowns, fillings or other) but based on my interactions with him he was aware, informative and knowledgeable in his field.
