I hadn't been to a dentist in way too long - and I was pretty nervous - both about the appointment itself and how my teeth were but also for how I might be made to feel for how long I waited before going to the dentist. I had an issue with one tooth so that was the priority but also needed to check the rest of my teeth of course too. I was so pleased with Fair Lakes Family Dentistry. Every person I interacted with was great - they were kind, welcoming and just took the "scary" out of going to the dentist. Dr Lui was wonderful - even though the problem tooth I went in for needed a referral, I was still able to get X-rays, cleaning and fillings fixed while I was there instead of needing to come back another day - and with such a gentle hand. She and her team always made sure I was ok, asked if I had any questions, etc. I am really glad I found them and have my next cleaning scheduled in 6 months!
