RUN BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED I emailed them to get a quote for Vivera retainers and was quoted $700 (+$59 "evaluation"). However, what I received were Essix retainers. When I showed them the email, they said it's just a misunderstanding. Great! A dental office misunderstood between retainers made by Invisalign and retainers made in their lab. Not to mention, my Essix cracked after 1.5 months and they said it's due to grinding. However, I had worn my aligner for almost 2 months without issues. They suggested a $250 nigh guard, but didn't answer whether it could function as a retainer. They said if they provided Vivera, it would crack as well. But as I researched, Vivera is much more durable, that's why I chose Vivera at the beginning. Even if you're considering Essix, please get a quote from several dentists. I promise you'll love yourself for doing so. They charged me another $500 for removing attachments. I didn't have time to research because they asked me to sign immediately and didn't quote that in the email. Just wanna let you know that other dentists do it for around $200. After arguing for 1 day, they refunded $700 (not $759) upon Essix's return. I could have lost that amount if I called. Please email/text so you can keep proof. read more

I just got home from my dental appointment with Dr. Tran and could not wait to write a review on the wonderful experience I had as it was my first time trying a new dental office near my house! Plenty of parking here especially on the side of the shopping center. It's a brand new office using the latest technology of equipment. His staff, Tiara was super sweet and attentive. I came in for a regular cleaning and he finished within less than an hour. He even threw in an oral cancer diagnose on me which I have never had done as complimentary. He was very honest, gentle, and gave me many great tips on how to floss behind my permanent retainer which I struggle with. Lol What my fiancé & I love the most about this particular dental office is that their business hours is a lot longer than most that usually closes by 5pm. My family and I came for our regular cleanings. We are so glad we switched dentists. Our previous dentist no longer accepted our insurance so we were referred to Alder Trails Dental by my parents. Dr. Tran is very professional and showed each one of us a lot of attention. He answered all of our questions and was very gentle with the cleaning. The staff is great as well. The office is very modern and clean. You can watch your favorite show on Netflix while you get your work done which is pretty awesome for someone who needs to take their mind off of the procedure! This place is pristine, beautifully and modernly decorated. His staff is also super friendly and helpful and they make the check in process really easy. What really made my experience great was Dr. Peter Tran, he really takes his time to ease you in and make you feel less anxiety while also giving you a really detailed cleaning. I have never had a better cleaning. He got into every nook and cranny while being gentle and took his time so you can tell he really cares about what he's doing. Been looking for a new dentist for a year now, finally found one!!! It was worth the drive from Pearland! The facility itself is VERY clean, like you're at a very nice, elegant, modern hotel and it doesn't feel like a dentist office. Dr. Tran was awesome! Very informative, very caring and answered all my questions. Dr. Tran and Tara was very attentive during my exam, always making sure I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. They also have Netflix for the patients to watch while they're getting their dental work done(super awesome!) My husband had some pain his mouth, and they were able to work him in the same day. When we first came in, we were greeted by this young lady. She was really nice. The office was very clean. My husband was then called to back. I followed behind him. After all the x-rays, Dr. Tran explain the problem, and explained what was needed to correct the issue. I went for a filling and was in pain all day I don't know what dr did when numbing me. I noticed that they used the keyboard with gloves and then work on my mouth I should have said something but did not want to be rude. I don't know if the keyboard is cleaned or the equipment but I ended up sick not sure if a cold or what, but will get checked. I don't leave the house not even to do groceries, I use curb side pick up. The only place that I've gone that have been exposed is this office. I give it a 1 because the staff is nice. I don't trust their protocol specially after getting sick after going to this office. read more
