They provided me over the phone with all pricing (details on how much each component of appointment will cost); as an emergency I was accommodated to see MD/provider same day. Several options to pay for services, including Care credit. Received appropriate/expected treatment/relief from provider. MD Assistant Lulu was very professional as well.

There is a reason why they require you to pre-authorize and sign off on the CT scan, x-rays, and treatment-prior to treatment is because techs WILL do the CT scan and multiple x-rays BEFORE you see the doctor (whether or not it is needed). It will be done as a first step prior to seeing the endodontist and prior to receiving a diagnosis or discussing it with the doctor. Originally, I thought it would be $125 for an exam. Amber called on my way to the appointment and said Exam $70 X-ray pa $21 x bc 2 Pulp $84-Nerve test CT scan-$200-Fractures to roots or not $354 total WORST CASE SCENARIO (And it will be the worst case) So, how do you prevent this??? One, you could ask to see doctor prior to ct scan. Save $200. You will need to be strong. You could ask to wait on the ct scan until after you see the doctor if it's needed. Good news-he did a cold test and believes no root canal is needed. So, in this manner he was honest.
