I've gone here for years. Always liked coming here. Front desk and docs are always nice and professional. My last appointment, I called them 10minutes before my appointment saying I'm running late and will be there 28minutes late. I have an unpredictable schedule and they know it. They had alotted 2.5hrs for my appointment. So despite my calling ahead, they said they had to reschedule. I cancelled my appointment and never went back. If you're alotting 2.5hrs and not let me come in late, so what do you do for that 2hrs that was my appointment. Do nothing??? Disappointed and never went back. read more

My pain level was at a 5 and I just couldn't take it. I wasn't that happy with my normal dentist and just randomly searched for a dentist in my area. I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Wu immediately and came in the first thing in the morning. Office was clean and the staff was friendly! Dr. Wu met with me and talked to me about my pain and was extremely friendly. This lady knew her stuff! My favorite part of the entire process was that I could watch Netflix while they worked on me. This is truly a wonderful place. Both of the dentists are super nice. They are open by appointment on Saturday, which is helpful. When you call, sometimes one of the dentists may answer the phone and set up your appointment if they're not busy. I called just after hours one evening, expecting to leave a message. I had made an appointment and went over it with the receptionist. I had selected Spring Love specifically because they were listed on our dental insurance. I registered and also again made sure that they accepted the dental insurance just to be safe. The day of my appointment, I contacted them since I never received the usual - you have an appointment call - just to make sure of everything (had a weird feeling something wasn't right) and was told "yeahhh...so....we have been trying to call you.....we don't accept that dental insurance". Now, this is paid for dental insurance - not "state dental insurance" or anything like that. I had taken off of work that afternoon to come and had let them know I was in dental pain. Visited here for the first time today after reading Yelp reviews. I was very pleased and happy with my experience. The office is in a nice strip center, is very nice decor inside. Staff were all super nice. Up to date technology and offerings. Loved that I got to watch Netflix while getting X-rays and my cleaning. I met both doctors and they were both impressive. Let me start off saying I hate and have a phobia of the dental chair! This place made me feel calm and welcomed. Making an appointment was a breeze. When you call to make an appointment have your dental ins ready as they will need to check your ins out. Once I got there the check in price was easy and waited in the waiting room for about 5 mins before calling back and both times I waited about 3-5 mins. DO NOT GO HERE!! My wife and I had the worst experience at this dentistry. The female dentist is highly incompetent and can't perform a simple task like filling cavities. She failed to shape out the filling to align with with my wife's upper jaw which led to a sore jaw for weeks as she failed to take our input and insisted it was a root canal issue which it wasn't as we verified it with other dentists. Save yourself the trouble and pick someone in the VIntage park area which are cheaper and significantly better than this clinic. read more

Dr Christopher Kim is awesome. He's professional, efficient and extremely thorough. He takes his time to explain the procedure step by step. I was pleasantly surprised at how easily and painlessly he administered the anesthetic. - huge advantage!!! The staff is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Great service! I was able to make an immediate, same day appointment due to pain! Although they were very busy, my wait time seemed pretty normal. Friendly Doctor and staff all the way around! Unfortunately, I had to be referred to a different office for a root canal (I could never get in touch with this office) but I am still most grateful for SpringLove for seeing me. Dr. Chris was so awesome with my two boys. The staff is so nice and informative. We don't have insurance just the Careington dental discount plan but SpringLove dentistry has their own savings plan. It actually worked out to be cheaper for us as a family of 5 to use this instead of the discount plan we a currently using. They are so thorough and knowledgeable, it really put my mind and my pocket book at ease. I thought I would try this dentist. The experience was than desired. Just wanted a teeth cleaning. They wanted to charge a lot more for a deeper cleaning. I declined and got what I would not call a teeth cleaning. Then I agreed to some fluoride and they had me give credit card for payment while I was in the examine chair. Dr. Wu could not diagnose a severely high filling she put in herself despite me telling her that's what it felt like. I could not chew solid food for a month and she tried to convince me I needed a root canal. I switched practices to a more experienced dentist who fixed the high spots within 5 minutes of seeing me, ending my month of agony. I did not need a root canal and my tooth has given me no trouble since my new dentist fixed the high filling she put in. Dr. Wu's inexperience and lacking diagnostic abilities are a gap that no amount of patient advocacy can bridge. read more

I had such a wonderful dental experience here with all the staff and Dr. Wu. She took her time to meet with me and talk about my history and concerns. I had a very detailed exam with X-rays and pictures taken of each tooth. This is the only dentist I have truly liked! They have an in house insurance that allowed me to get 2 cleanings and 2 xrays (plus discounted procedures) for only 200$. The office is very nice and they let you watch netflix while being worked on. Definitely recommended if you are on a budget and hate the dentist. read more
