I went in and there was no accountability, just excuse after excuse- "it was the cement, it was your bite, it was the material we used.." all things that the dentist is supposed to check before letting you go. He ended offering to "work something out" after all this when I said I did not want to return- saying that I could always continue (return) and if I wanted to go elsewhere and have it redone, then I could. Wtf. So waste money here only to go to someone else to fix your mistakes? AWFUL. Avoid and do not go. Everything in the photo is what popped out within DAYS of the visits and re-visits (some being on the SAME day or the next morning). It's just about money, not at all about the quality or even decency of the work. I have NEVER had an experience this bad. Original Review: Had fillings/crowns come out the same day they were put in. The next day, a separate one popped off. I was told to come in on a weekend to get it fixed, only to find out they opted to close early without telling me (or anyone else that was told to come in for "walk ins"). Finally got it fixed, only for the same thing to occur two days later. I wouldn't at all recommend.

There were two instances with a short flash of sensitivity. I noted it and she immediately applied something that instantly calmed the sensitivity. On my way to the appointment there was a car accident that blocked my path. I called them to let them know I could be a little late. They were very understanding. I am a "Better Living Through Chemistry Kind of Guy." I would rather have the pain controlled rather than the Grin and Bear it type. Dr Mai was great. The staff is amazing from the desk staff to the hygienist and her root canal assistant. If you need a new dentist, look no farther. I have had sleep apnea for many years. I am looking forward to seeing what she recommends. I will enter another review after that process.

Poor Customer Service & Scheduling Issues…read more Trinity Dental has serious issues with customer service and communication. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, only to be told at 11:45 AM that I would need to reschedule because they were short-staffed. No phone call, no text, no advance notice--just nearly an hour of waiting to be told they couldn't see me. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. This was actually my second visit, and unfortunately my second bad experience. I decided to give them another chance after the first visit had similar problems. During that first appointment, I was taken back for a cleaning and exam, then left sitting in the dental chair for over an hour with no communication or updates. I was later told there was an emergency. Two visits with the same issues shows this isn't a one-time situation, but a pattern. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and lack of respect for patients' time.

This was an amazing decision on my part. The lobby/waiting area is about as anti-dentist/medical office as you can get. It's quiet and relaxing. There's a water feature behind the receptionist's desk you can see and hear easily. {The recpetionist is very nice and cheery and loves to chat!} It's lit with gentle track lighting. She has healthy snacks in the waiting room and you're welcome to any of it - after all they're about to clean your teeth! Exceptionally clean all black devices bathroom. She is up to date on all the latest and newest technology and techniques. My first appointment in about 16 years went surprisingly well...no real shockers since I am in good tune with my body. The technician stopped once when she realised and commented I was licking my lips a lot. I responded explaining I'd left my lip balm in the car. She stopped what she was doing and fetched me a tiny little tube. They keep a basket of some of the niftiest scent/flavours on the way out. My son's first appointment with her didn't go so well - he only allowed them a visual exam, but that was partially my fault because I forgot to bring any of the comforting stuffy pals with us. She and I had a long conversation about this and his behaviour and where she wanted to go from there. She has a son of similar age and experienced much more resistance from him. The second appointment last Monday went very well. He allowed exam, cleaning and panoramic x rays. He got nervous when they went to do the bite wings so they stopped there. He has appointments quarterly for now to get him better acclimated with them and their processes as parents {for liability reasons} aren't allowed into the rooms with the children. I have to make an appt in the morning for myself to begin the corrections in my own mouth. Do not let this pretty young woman's looks or gentle demeanor fool you. She knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. If you want a good thorough and exceptionally pleasant dental experience this is the place and dentist for you!
