New to the area, My daughter age 30 and pregnant went in for a teeth cleaning and new patient check…read moreup. She said the teeth cleaning was not thorough and very quickly done. I guess they wanted to get to the expensive items! She was given a $300 3D scan of her mouth that she did not ask for but they have everyone do, so that they can pay for their expensive machine. She was told by Dr. Asha that she had "bacteria in her mouth above her implants" which had been done several years prior by a different dentist. She was told that her 2 baby teeth (which have perfect roots and no adult teeth behind them) needed to be removed and implants done. Dr. Asha also said she needed several fillings done. Unbeknowst to me, my daughter left the office in tears, thinking of the enormous expense. After relaying the message to me a few days later, I told my daughter I would make her an appointment with our very trusted and wise dentist of over 20 years in our city and state when she visited in a couple of weeks. Now for the good part: My daughter and I saw our trusted dentist a few days ago and had the report from Dr. Asha along with a copy of an xray for her to see. Our trusted dentist said that there was no reason whatsoever to remove the baby teeth until they would get loose or give her problems. Our dentist said that she had a patient have a baby tooth until she was 70. The surgical procedure for implants and implants themselves would easily be $15,000-$20, 000!!! No thank you! Bacteria?! Our trusted dentist just laughed and said we ALL have bacteria in our mouth. Our trusted dentist found no cavities and said my daughter needed no large fillings. She said that my daughter had 1, possibly 2 teeth that have a small amount of erosion where she would fill in with a small amount of resin. Run from this office!! JUST RUN!!!!!!! It makes me so angry that they would do this to a young pregnant woman knowing how expensive all this would be. She left this office in tears!!!! Complete scammers. Run from this office!!!! Our trusted dentist said that she is seeing this more and more and gave us other examples of other dentists doing the same in trying to rip people off with unnecessary procedures. It is really disgusting in how greedy and dishonest people are. God sees it and He protected us from this office.

Dr. Witwit was probably the best dentist I've been to in years in the sense he actually listened to what I was unsure about and took time to show and explain everything around my teeth. Kept it simple to what I wanted: a cleaning, new retainer (old one broke), and even a mold for me to keep in case I needed another retainer later. Forgot what insurance I had but it was almost entire all covered and the price for the retainer replacement was a tiny fraction of what the chain I went to before (I think it was URBN Dental) quoted. I use this place as the standard now when I look around after moving.

I was grateful they could see me so quickly. I will mention they have excellent customer service, when I called the first time they didn't answer. Mota called me back and scheduled me a next day appointment. My tooth broke while I was eating and I went into the office when Doc Nora said I needed a crown. I never had a crown before so I was very scared but she made me feel comfortable and she had a calming vibe about her that made me feel less nervous. She cares about the patients pain and she will work with you to get the procedure done with minimal pain. I got a temp crown put on while I waited for the permanent crown. The permanent crown came in fast and they put it on. I have no pain or sensitivity so that is good for me. I can eat normally to this day. I also had a nice time conversing with Mota-her assistant-also in charge of scheduling, he is a funny guy. Overall great experience.

My surgeon took the time to explain the entire process, answer my questions, and ease any concerns I had leading up to the surgery. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt well-prepared thanks to the pre-operative instructions. Recovery is going very smoothly . One aspect I really appreciated was the attentiveness of the nursing and support staff -- they made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the outcome of the surgery. My healing is on track, and the results have already started to improve both functionally and aesthetically. I would definitely recommend spring-Klein and Dr. Sitters and his team to anyone in need of maxillofacial surgery.
