What a great overall experience I had. Had a rear lower molar and attempted a root canal but tooth was cracked in 2 places and could not be saved. Had to have it removed. Not a simple extraction by a general dentist so I had to see an oral surgeon. Consultation was great and the doctor answered all my questions and concerns and I returned the following week after freeze to have tooth removed. Everything was pain free from blood draw, novocaine injections and tooth removal. Every one that works there is great, friendly and welcoming If I ever need more tooth removal or other I will come back here for sure. read more

My surgeon took the time to explain the entire process, answer my questions, and ease any concerns I had leading up to the surgery. Let me start with, I love Dr. Sitter and his surgical nurse! But I DO NOT like any of his front office staff! All went smoothly until I needed a simple school excuse note for my son which I forgot to ask for the day of the procedure. It took me a visit to the office, they were on lunch break so I left a note, and 6 phone calls and multiple emails. Yes, I have proof if you need it! When they finally sent the email the pdf did not have any information, it had not been filled out with date and my sons name. It should not have taken 2 days and all this time to get this taken care of! Decided to go here after a recommendation from Spring Love Dentistry. My husband clicked the address from the email that was sent to him and we ended up at Spring Klein Dentistry. We then called to let them know we had arrived at the wrong location under the same name and that we were only 3 minutes away. I was called right back and was told I would have to reschedule even though I was not late even 5 minutes at that point. My appointment was at 3:35 PM and I called to let them know of the mix up right away and that I would arrive at 3:40 PM according to my GPS. Wasted 20 minutes driving here and was told I had to wait another week until they could schedule me for another appointment. Really upset with their lack of service and the time wasted. read more

I was recommended by Dr. Tina wu to come and see Dr. Michael Sitters to extract my wisdom teeth. Everyone there are so friendly and kind, and just make you feel welcomed and just make you feel like part of their family. I am very thankful to have come to Dr. Sitters because he knows what he is doing and he takes cautious care for you. In my first procedure I kept waking up so Dr. Sitters decided to stop and schedule for a anesthesiologist specialist to take out the rest of my wisdom teeth, that way I wouldn't get hurt or he wouldn't have to put more anesthesia on me, which could be dangerous. The nurses and everyone are so nice and funny. Reta the receptionist is amazing, everyone there just does an amazing job, they are so profesional, and funny. I went this morning to have a wisdom tooth pulled, and surprisingly it was extremely delightful. The lady at the front desk was Super nice, which made my experience that much more pleasing because she's the face of the office and the first person you made contact with. Dr. Sitters personally came out and talked to me to let me know what to expect. I was nervous!! I wish they could be my regular dentist office! I'm under pain meds now, but I'm very happy with the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Sitters and his staff. The 2 ladies (dental assistants) who did my vitals were God Sent as well because they made me laugh to keep my mind off the procedure because did I say I was NERVOUS! LoL. Next thing I knew, Dr. Sitters sprayed some stuff on my skin to freeze it to collect the blood draw samples, he drew the blood, started the IV sedation and I was out like a light bulb I woke up and they were still pleasant to me. In 2014 Dr. Sitters performed a procedure on me. My out of pocket expenses were explained to me and I paid my portion upfront in full. I was told my insurance company (United Healthcare) would pay the balance. Two years later I was contacted by Dr. Sitters office and they said my insurance company did not pay their portion so I was responsible for it. I called United Healthcare and was told that Dr. Sitters office never submitted an invoice within the one year time frame. So I had my insurance company get on a three way call with myself and Dr. Sitters office to explain what needed to happen for them to get paid. Dr. Sitters office needed to resubmit the invoice, it would be denied and then the doctors office could appeal it. Once again I thought the billing issue was resolved. I was wrong. Dr. Sitters office put the amount owed in collections against me. So now it is affecting my credit. When I call the office to see what they will do to correct the issue I was told by Emily the office manager that it happened before she worked there and they are trying to clean up their mess. I'm not sure why their office would not have contacted my insurance company a long time ago to find out where their payment was. I also see that Dr. Sitters office has no intention to resolve this. Instead I am having to make all the phone calls and find out how they can get paid. Considering Dr. Sitters office obviously failed to follow normal procedure they instead push their mistake off on me. I have called numerous times to speak with Dr. Sitters about this matter however their staff is very efficient at not getting him on the phone or return my call. Dr. Sitters removed all four of my wisdom teeth two weeks ago and he was fantastic. I was very nervous for the procedure before going in and he talked me through the process during my consultation, easing a lot of my worries. The day of the surgery went very smoothly. I went in and I was very worried about the IV as I have a horrible fear of needles. They used a numbing spray on my arm and I barely felt it. After the procedure, I went home and napped most of the day. Dr. Sitters called to check on me that night and all was well. The next few days went smoothly and when I went in for my follow up appointment, he removed some of my loose stitches. The rest have completely dissolved and I'm back to 100%. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed last Friday with Dr. Sitters. This was my first ever surgery and first time being put under, so needless to say I was nervous! Dr. Sitters and his team made me feel so comfortable and called me a few times on the days leading up to my surgery to make sure all of my questions were answered and make sure I was prepping correctly. Dr Sitters also called in my prescriptions a day early so I was able to have my pain meds as soon as I got out of surgery which was a HUGE plus! I didn't have to waste time at the pharmacy after surgery in pain waiting for my meds. Dr Sitters even called me the night after my surgery to make sure I was doing ok. It was so nice that he took time out of his day to check on his patients. I HIGHLY recommend visiting Dr Sitters and his team, they are all so nice and helpful! read more

Don't let the other reviews fool you. Let me start saying yes the staff is amazing!! But that's where it stops!! The surgery room I laid there with two girls arguing over me. The doctor is welll... very unprofessional!! Almost as bad as his surgery. His bedside manners is something that you would teach in a barn. Forcing a patient to take pain pills that make them sick and have allergic reaction to and refuse to prescribe something safe is not only illegal but unorthodox. This doctor should not be working on people. I would describe him as a very hateful grumpy person. In his words "man up" "pain pills are the number one cause of deaths in the US" "your to sensitive to pain" everyone is different and should be treated as so. As a doctor I would expect one to know that. Now the work on the hard... HORRIBLE!! His stitching left two big holes in my gums that collect food and have to be taken out with a tool after each meal. I know how bad his work is because I've had two teeth pulled before and til this day I have no holes, no food food collecting in my gums and no pain. They look perfect. How this doctor is still in business is shocking. He should be sued for malpractice and shut down. Ive had over 11 surgeries to date and none have left such a sour taste in my mouth!! I hope people read this review and make the right decision. And to the doctor personal values and your personal life should be such that. Personal!! If you have a problem with gay people then post a sign on your door saying no gays welcome!! I would prefer that then treat a patient the way I was treated. Left in pain and helpless. I was told "you can take the pain pills and stay awake and be sick or be not take the pain pills and be in pain and try to sleep. You choose!!" Even my dentist was shocked at the treatment I received and took her time with her kids at 9pm at night and called in another medicine after the pain got to a point I couldn't work.
