Upon arrival I was told they would NOT do my cleaning g and check-up unless I did an expensive "deep gum" cleaning. I told the office manager I couldn't afford it, but they refused to even do a basic check up unless I gave in to their extortion demands. It is one thing to recommend a procedure, it is another to refuse service for other unrelated issues unless you give in to their demands completely. Come on YELP and read many other reviews about the same issue. Something has changed in this office and their practice. The state of the art office and the wonderful staff made it very comfortable for me. I forgot I was having my tooth pulled. All that week prior to my appointment , I tried to cancel and Dr.Jackson talked me through the entire process on a daily basis what I would expect before and after the procedure. The day of I was so nervous she told me anytime during the process we can take a break she just wanted me to be comfortable. Since I was a new patient I came in to get my teeth x-ray and examined due to my wisdom teeth. I talked with Daniel Krenz in his office about my teeth and he had one of his dental assistants take me to the x-ray room. She was very helpful with the x-ray and was gentle with the tools that I had to bite on for the x-ray procedure. Afterwards I was escorted to the exam room where Dr. Krenz would go over the x-rays and problem spots in my mouth. He would also explain all the options and processes for each procedure. Once everything was explained to me the main question I had to ask was the cost of it all. Dr. Krenz was more than happy to send Ellen, one of his employees to come and crunch numbers for me. She was very thorough with showing me what the cost were, and what my insurance would cover and how much would come out of my own pocket. Ellen went above and beyond in terms of help. She would go over all the bases for payment plans and cost. Once most of the financial stuff was done and I knew what I was going to spend, it was time to get to my actual teeth. So the first thing that was done was to clean and treat my gums. I was escorted t another room where my cleaning would be done. Dr. Krenz came in to administer the shots to help numb the bottom of my mouth during the treatment. Getting shots in the mouth seems like it would be the worst thing ever, but it was surprisingly not as bad as I imagined. Once my mouth was numb they began to clean and treat my gums. They did a very good job as I never experienced any pain or discomfort. The entire process went by pretty quickly. Overall I had a great experience at Spring Smiles Dental Group. And I will be going back for more work while also looking forward to going to the dentist! Thank you all for your great work!

Now I was told when I got it that crowns had a 5 year warranty but ONLY IF I came back to see this dentist every 3 months for a deep cleaning. As you can tell from my previous review, there's no way that was happening. So I now unfortunately have to pay for an entirely new crown from another dentist in less than 2 years. Consider yourself warned.

"Oh, did I tell you Dr. Burton sold his practice" and oh, we do not take your insurance, then tried to sale me something Dr. Burton had already set the price to fix a vaneer. Then on top of all that charged me almost $500 for the visit. They are LIARS, Hygentist never gets your teeth clean, and will try to loosen crowns prying on them.
