Everything in the photo is what popped out within DAYS of the visits and re-visits (some being on the SAME day or the next morning). It's just about money, not at all about the quality or even decency of the work. I have NEVER had an experience this bad. Original Review: Had fillings/crowns come out the same day they were put in. The next day, a separate one popped off. I was told to come in on a weekend to get it fixed, only to find out they opted to close early without telling me (or anyone else that was told to come in for "walk ins"). Poor Customer Service & Scheduling Issues…read more Trinity Dental has serious issues with customer service and communication. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, only to be told at 11:45 AM that I would need to reschedule because they were short-staffed. No phone call, no text, no advance notice--just nearly an hour of waiting to be told they couldn't see me. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. This was actually my second visit, and unfortunately my second bad experience. I decided to give them another chance after the first visit had similar problems. During that first appointment, I was taken back for a cleaning and exam, then left sitting in the dental chair for over an hour with no communication or updates. I was later told there was an emergency. Two visits with the same issues shows this isn't a one-time situation, but a pattern. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and lack of respect for patients' time.

She felt so much better. He called and checked on her and every time I go in he asks about her now.
