Came in for tooth pain, was told an older filling had cracked my tooth and I needed a crown. The…read moredentist shaved down my tooth and put a temporary crown on then two days later they had me come back in for a permanent crown which came off and forced me to go to another dentist as an emergency costing me out of pocket. I keep getting calls from them for the remainder of what my insurance didn't cover which was like $2,000 after the $1,800 my insurance covered. They were supposedly in network but turns out they aren't my insurance actually pays more coverage elsewhere. This place is a joke they over charge and the dentist didn't even do the crown it was an assistant! Avoid this place at all costs ! SCAM SCAM SCAM !

Dr Mai gave me a root canal for Christmas . . . and I did not get her anything :)…read moreThe process was efficient and painless. She constantly asked if I felt any pain. There were two instances with a short flash of sensitivity. I noted it and she immediately applied something that instantly calmed the sensitivity. On my way to the appointment there was a car accident that blocked my path. I called them to let them know I could be a little late. They were very understanding. I am a "Better Living Through Chemistry Kind of Guy." I would rather have the pain controlled rather than the Grin and Bear it type. Dr Mai was great. The staff is amazing from the desk staff to the hygienist and her root canal assistant. If you need a new dentist, look no farther. I have had sleep apnea for many years. I am looking forward to seeing what she recommends. I will enter another review after that process.

Poor Customer Service & Scheduling Issues…read more Trinity Dental has serious issues with customer service and communication. My most recent appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived at 10:50 AM, only to be told at 11:45 AM that I would need to reschedule because they were short-staffed. No phone call, no text, no advance notice--just nearly an hour of waiting to be told they couldn't see me. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you value your time. This was actually my second visit, and unfortunately my second bad experience. I decided to give them another chance after the first visit had similar problems. During that first appointment, I was taken back for a cleaning and exam, then left sitting in the dental chair for over an hour with no communication or updates. I was later told there was an emergency. Two visits with the same issues shows this isn't a one-time situation, but a pattern. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and lack of respect for patients' time.
