I went to this office for a regular cleaning, and they told me they could not do a standard…read morecleaning because I supposedly needed a deep cleaning. They refused to do the regular cleaning. My husband went the very next day, and the exact same thing happened to him. It feels unacceptable to treat patients this way. We also took our daughters to the kids' dentist next door, and everything used to be fine until they changed doctors. The customer service noticeably declined after that. They referred my eight year old to their in house orthodontist even though she still has several baby teeth. They recommended a bracket spacer so her teeth would "come out," even though she did not need it. They took our payment immediately, but the service was incredibly slow every visit. The bracket kept falling off, and I had to bring her back multiple times. One of the techs even scolded her for it falling off, which was completely inappropriate. I told him not to blame her because the issue was clearly with how they were placing it. On one of the many visits to fix it, we waited an hour and a half, and that was when I knew we were done. When we finally told them that we no longer wanted to continue treatment, they simply said "okay, no worries" and sent us off without any concern. There was no attempt to understand the issue or keep us as customers, which says a lot. I ended up taking her to another provider who confirmed she did not need the spacer at all and simply needs time for her teeth to come out naturally. I am extremely upset about the amount of money and time we wasted here.

Well, I had my first visit today and while I don't normally review dentists or doctors, I feel it's…read moreimportant to acknowledge that this staff and this dentist did an amazing 'first impressions' visit for me. I am in no way shape or form a fan of dental work, and clearly my mouth is a reflection of that lack of attention I pay to it, but I was/am in major pain and had to finally break down and make the appointment. My mouth is a mess, and as I was sitting in that chair, with the dribble mat under my chin, I was of course cursing myself for waiting this long, while at the same time ticking off the list of "I would rather be doing this chore' that I was creating in my head. the list included picking up dog poop and mowing, yes, that should tell you how much I avoid dental work. I am happy that my dentist did not laugh out loud when I opened my mouth, or try to hide a disapproving grunt... nothing, he was great. He explained my options and did not pressure me into anything. I did ask his advice, and he was honest and gave it to me... told me to learn to love oatmeal. just kidding, he didn't do that. As expected, I need some major work, but I also need to get rid of an infection first... so now I have another week of dealing with the bed I made. but I can do it, and I will put my big girl pants on and dutifully go back next week and have dental work done. Oh, yeah, thru sedation. I think the dentist giving me that option was what did it for me, not gonna lie.

I have been a long time customer of Spring Dental Arts and I love the care and treatment I have…read morereceived! Amber is the best hygienist. She is kind and really takes an interest in her clients. I recently had a crown repaired and Dr. Akram really made it a pain free event. He took the time and explained to me at each step in the procedure. I felt very assured that I was getting the best care. The front office staff are really wonderful as well. I have never encountered them disrespectful; they are always kind. I like that you do not have to wait a long time to be seen as well. They do not waste your time. Spring Dental Arts is an exceptional dental office!
