I have thousands of dollars worth of dental work in my mouth and it's critical to protect my investment with great dental professionals. Dr. Heft clearly knows her stuff. Her assistant, Jessica, is excellent. Kerry, the hygienist, did a thorough and careful cleaning. I can't speak for the other dentists, but it's a beautiful facility with modern technology. It seems like the new dental techs are now also trying to run the front office and it just isn't working. On top of all that, Dr Graf has also brought on a second dentist who's chairside manner could use some improvement; he seemed very "pushy" and I just didn't think much of it. Any future work will be with Dr Graf or not at all. I'm very disappointed because last year I would have given them 5 stars in all areas. I'll give them another try in a couple of months and hopefully, things will have improved by then. If not, I'll be looking for a new dentist.

She had sent me a copy of his insurance and when I got there, apparently they didn't have his insurance card on file. I told them I had a copy and one of the receptionist told the other wow, so she can send it to her, but not to us. The dental assistant was fine not rude, but not engaging to my grandson at all. The Dentist was wonderful. She was kind and sweet and made sure that my grandson was comfortable the whole way through. However, he did need x-rays and nitrous gas before they pulled his tooth. If they had accepted my daughter's insurance with the card provided it would've been a total of $20 for the visit instead I paid almost $500 because they refused to make a simple phone call to get his insurance verified. When my daughter made the appointment, she did let them know that I would be bringing him so that there would be no issues. I've never heard of a doctor or Dentist's office that doesn't verify insurance before your appointment and they never require you to be in person to do that. They always verify insurance by phone prior to even seeing the patient. This was ridiculous and obviously just an issue of them not wanting to do their job.
