They seem like they don't like being there themselves. The last dental assistant I had is why I'm submitting this review. His name was Martin and he called me back. As soon as I stood up and walked towards the doorway he doesn't say anything and turns around and walk towards the back. So, I just follow him. He points to the chair that I guess is where I will have my exam. So, I have a seat. He says he needs an xray. So, I just sit there while he gets the xray pictures. Afterwards, he gets the materials needed for teeth cleaning. He wasn't pleasant at all. At this point I'm uncomfortable and ready to leave. He flosses my teeth and brushes. Then, the doctor comes over and he actually was nice. At that point, Martins demeanor towards the doctor was pleasant and they had a conversation. I'm so disappointed in how I was treated. Martin did not make me feel comfortable and put on a facade for the doctor. I will never be back.

They were extremely sensitive to my needs every time that I came into their office and they did things in a timely manner. There were times where I was concerned about my teeth and the progress and they would set up extra appointments for me to sit and speak with the orthodontist one on one to ease my worries. Also, I noticed that they were extremely clean in their workplace and I really don't know any other orthodontist or dentist in town that would have a mini movie theatre, PSP's at every station, flat screen televisions, and two video game stations! There office is truly mom and kid friendly! However, I felt like I was drowning during the procedure because there wasn't enough suction in the device (or because the hygienist wasn't using it enough).
