They were the only orthodontics place in town that would accept transfers! Not only that, but after 3 years of braces, my teeth are now as straight as a railroad track! They were extremely sensitive to my needs every time that I came into their office and they did things in a timely manner. There were times where I was concerned about my teeth and the progress and they would set up extra appointments for me to sit and speak with the orthodontist one on one to ease my worries. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them! Also, I noticed that they were extremely clean in their workplace and I really don't know any other orthodontist or dentist in town that would have a mini movie theatre, PSP's at every station, flat screen televisions, and two video game stations! There office is truly mom and kid friendly! Since I was an A&M student, I wasn't able to receive their service of picking up and dropping off students at school, but that is also something to think about for the parent's that are constantly on the go! read more

Elms is a great (if not the best) orthodontics in CS/B. Hands down. From day one, I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Elms and his staff. The office is clean, professional, and kids friendly. A movie theater in the front for the kids with movie. A mobile 'pick-up' service (Hummer) from the kids school so that parents do not have to take time off their jobs to do this (I think they pick the kids up in groups). If I had kids, When I over hear Dr. Elms talking to the kids, he is nice, clear, and personable with them. I would really trust them with Elms. Dr. Elms also do adult service, which every adult in CS/B I knew was a patient of Elms. He is great with letting you know what is going on and being flexible. Just because he works with kids does not mean he trust us like the. Instead, he treat adults with great care. He is also in contact with my general dentist. He has been very helpful in my moving to other state situation and flexible with it. The staff is always nice and pleasant. They appear to really love their jobs. Carmen is great and always great with her customer service. Emails and phone calls are responded to in a prompt fashion. Billing has also been willing to work with my, my insurance, and my budget; I just have to call them. Scheduling is also easy task and even includes a free smoothie! I've had braces with Dr. Elms along with two of my children. In my opinion Dr. Elms and his staff are the best in Bryan/College Station. What I love the most is the fact that all the staff members including Dr. Elms, love their job--and you can tell. They are always kind, helpful, upbeat and caring. Carmen even texted me the placement of my rubber bands when I forgot where they were supposed to go. Brenda has always been so accommodating when making my appointments; both of them are truly wonderful! I chose Dr. Elms because I didn't have to take off of work to take my children to their appointments due to the fact the Hummer picks them up from their schools. When I decided to get Invisalign, I chose Dr. Elms because so many of my friends had used him. I relied heavily on recommendations from former patients who were very pleased with their experience. I am so glad I listened. I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT ELMS ORTHODONTICS! The first thing I discovered was that everyone working there was very knowledgeable and competent and friendly. I also learned how accommodating they were since I travel and sometimes had to change appointments. I was nervous about getting braces and they did a wonderful job of educating me on the proper way to wear and manage Invisalign. During the process, Dr. Elms noticed that my teeth were not moving/aligning the way he thought they should. He explained that a new bottom set of Invisalign would be ordered. Since this would extend the amount of time needed to complete the process, and involve a whole new set of bottom aligners, I was very concerned about the extra expense. I was not only impressed, but also relieved that there were no additional charges for getting my teeth perfect. At one point, I had to have dental work done. I appreciated that he took care of consulting with my dentist to coordinate my treatments. At each appointment I was able to discuss any concerns or questions I had with Dr. Elms. I never felt rushed or that he would not take the time I needed/wanted. He would ask about my travels and my family. His interest in me as a person, and not just a patient, was especially nice since you are going to appointments for several years. You are known by name at Dr. Elms' office. You are always greeted with smiles. I recommend Dr. Elms because I do not have one negative thing to say about my treatment or experience. I was at this establishment for a first time visit with my nephew this morning. Let me just say I was completely blown away with our experience.
