However, my out of pocket was closer to $1200 and their justification was insurance didn't pay as much as they thought it would. I was also shocked to see they charged over $1000 for a cleaning. They need to be shut down or completely restaffed. They are the rudest people I've ever…read moreencountered, especially the older Asian/ Mexican women. Withholding my medications from me, some that are not even controlled substances. Giving me the wrong amount of another medication that's $1,200. When I call, they always put me on hold for at least 20 minutes. When I go to pick it up they always have me wait a few hours even though it says it's ready for pick up. If I call to get an update they are always so crisp and hang up right away. Just overall disgusting behavior. The staff needs to be fired or definitely go back through basic training. My friends husband has a heart problem and they didn't give his medication to him the day he needed it so she called corporate and complained as well so I know for a fact that this is definitely not the first time somebody has called and complained. Corporate needs to take responsibility and consequences need to be addressed and all of the staff needs to be reprimanded, effective immediately.
