That alone and providing that option was exceptional. I appreciated not having to pull my child out of school just to go to an appointment. But the warm welcome was felt from the moment we walked in until the very end after meeting with Dr. Claudette. They made my kids feel very comfortable with games, toys, conversation, and even prizes. Giving them a goodie bag and a personalized certificate for no cavities was such a reward. To me this shows that they truly care about their patients; they don't try to push anything extra on you and discuss any tips or suggestions. She answered all my questions before she started any work. The Dental Assistant performed in the same way, working to remove any worries or concerns. Great Teamwork! Conroe Family Dentistry has latest new and high-tech equipment to provide the highest quality of treatment. Upper and Lower teeth were scanned using AI, so they could recreate the proper bite fit. The fitting scans were entered into a high-tech Milling machine that then went about cutting, sizing and aligning a new crown. The entire process from sitting down in the chair and out the door with a perfectly fitted and installed crown was less than 90 minutes. I was referred to Conroe Family Dentistry by a family member.
