I hate coming to new dentist offices! They have the "new car smell" all through this place. The equipment is all new and pristine. The staff is really friendly because they haven't been beat down by life and ugly mouths day in and day out. They have excellent "bedside manner" while in your mouth. How can I not give this place 5 stars when they have televisions in their ceilings? They are cheating the review system! I'll check back in a half of year to see if they steps closer to a certain character in "Little Shop of Horrors." You should use your dental insurance here while they still care about people and get your mouth pampered. read more

Seriously this is the best dental experience of my life! We showed up today for my husband's cleaning appointment. Upon entry we were greeted by wonderful people who all had welcoming smiles. My husband gets pretty nervous in doctors offices and the dentist is no different. Thankfully we had amazing dental assistants, dental hygienists, and doctors. At the part of choosing what we wanted to go through with from the doctors suggestions we did not feel pressured to add on any of the options. I actually had an appointment for the next day and decided to asked the front if they happened to have any last minute cancellations to where i could get seen the same day. Amazingly, they were able to fit me in! Everything was completed in a timely manner for both me and my husband. This should be the go to spot for every person in the area! read more

The MOST unprofessional Dental "business" I have ever witnessed. After 4 consecutive appointments THEY CANCELED I come in today for one they ASKED US TO COME IN EARLY for. We get here One hour before our original appointment and they said sorry we canceled your appointment. Not a single person would admit to the literal phone conversation they had with me two days prior. They said they could schedule us another day. Which would be THEIR 5th cancelation. By far the best dentist I have been to. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was taken back in less than 10 minutes. Every staff member was radiating positive energy. The dentist is extremely rude and misleading. He will do shotty work to charge you more money. Edit: My initial review could have been much more extensive, but after I made it, Dr, Yei personally reached out to me....through a text message. It felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. What happened to the days of making a phone call and leaving a voicemail? I never consented for them to personally reach out to me through text messages when I provided my phone number, especially about my personal issues with the services rendered. Dr. Yei gave me the OPTION that I get two implants (which would have cost me thousands, but his website advertises they are free for patients?). The next day, his assistant calls to tell me that I have no choice and that it is mandatory because I have an infection in the area although no x-rays were taken. The day of that appointment, I came in to have a crown re-cemented on, which popped off literally 2 days later after the doctor told me it had a high chance of failure. I have a 100k ceiling on my dental insurance so it's quite clear what this guy is up to. I found a new dentist who explained and taught me how to read x-rays, assured me my bridge is fine and that there is no infection, and the crown he re-cemented the correct way after Dr. Yei did it? It's still going strong many weeks and many starbursts later. I'm not sure what's going on with dentistry nowadays, but I am not a fan. Dr. Yei, if you are reading this...I still remember when you told me my teeth were yellow over a year ago. I won't tell anyone not to go to Dr. Yei, but take this experience for whatever you consider it to be worth. read more

This is by far one of the best dental offices I've ever visited. There's a very positive and welcoming vibe as soon as you walk in. There are refreshments available for patients. Decor is beautiful and vibrant colors throughout. Bathroom is very clean and nicely decorated as well. From the initial appointment scheduled, Nayeli was very courteous, helpful, and very nice. Ms. Linda was very clear & thorough when explaining service costs and always works with me in finding appointments that fit my schedule on the weekend. Tamika was really nice as well. She assisted me in getting my x-rays done and was very careful when administering the antibiotic injections. My dental hygienists were Rowan and Ellie, both very professional, knowledgeable, super funny, and caring. Dr. Yei was extremely gentle during my procedure, ensuring I was comfortable at all times. He also explained everything in details and answered my questions without rushing. I highly recommend this dental office! They're amazing. read more

On Thursday, August 18th I went to have one of my wisdom teeth removed that was already visible and growing into my check (yeah it hurt a lot). 1. AMAZING staff! Super friendly and they really seem to care about their patients. They welcome phone calls and answer all the questions you may have. 2. Once I arrived for my surgery, they were already ready for me and sat me down. Made sure I was comfortable and took all the precautions to make sure I wasn't gonna feel any pain. (I was completely awake.) Once the procedure started, it took no longer than 20 seconds. Only felt pressure and was stunned how quick and painless it was. Afterwards I was in a lot of pain but that subsided with medicine and a hour of relaxing. It's been days now and they call me daily to check up on me. I'll call for questions and they are too kind to me. Highly recommend, this is my new dentist :) read more

I went in for a cleaning at Prestige Dental on a Saturday, which is really nice for a working professional who works from Monday through Friday. This was my first time at Prestige, since they just recently opened. The office is extremely clean, and the equipment is new. The color scheme and overall design felt modern and upscale, which is different from the other dental clinics I've been to. They have amazing amenities such as the TVs on the ceiling, and it was great to have a cleaning while watching How the Grinch Stole Christmas. I have never felt more relaxed at any other dentist office. The team here really ensures you are always comfortable and satisfied. After going through the normal routines with the assistants, Dr. Yei came in to do my cleaning. He kept me comfortable and made sure to continually check to see if I was okay. The teeth cleaning overall was gentle and quick. After the cleaning, he went over any concerns I had regarding my teeth. Dr. Yei took time to explain the problems I was concerned about and the options to correct them. Also, free teeth whitening was given to me, and who doesn't like free stuff?! Prestige Dental gave me the best dental experience, which all dental visits should be. Their staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be returning to this office. WOW. there is a reason this place has only 5 stars on Yelp and Google. I hadn't been to a dentist in about 10 years, give or take, because I personally find dentist terrifying. I finally decided to make a dentist appointment somewhere since i've recently become aware I grind my teeth at night and i'm even more terrified of grinding my teeth away lol. I found this place and after seeing all the great reviews I immediately made an appointment, the lady who answered the phone was sooooo kind and helpful! The first appointment they had available was the next day, perfect. so I scheduled and came in, and WOW. again lol. seriously THE. BEST. customer service I have ever seen in ANY kind business. I was in and out in less than an hour for an x ray, exam, cleaning and filling. EVERYONE here was amazing. the ladies at the front desk, the delightful singer who took my x-rays and assisted Dr Yei with a filling, Dr Yei himself, Linda who went over my treatment , Nicole (I think? sorryy) who did my cleaning, thank You all 100000x!!!!! I barely made it home and I already recommended this place to at least 3 people. i'm actually excited to be back in 6 months for my next cleaning!! read more

Absolutely loved my visit today I had my three kids and myself an appointment, Linda and her staff made it work wonderfully. We all received dental check ups and cleanings. For the two that needed work it was also completed today! Dr. Yei was so sweet and was so good w my kids. I really appreciated this because it made us all feel more at ease. We are all good for the next 6 months, we will definitely be back! Also this dental office is not only professional, kind, clean, and fast; They are absolutely AMAZING!! It is so modern. The team here were simply AMAZING! When I say they took good care of me.. I mean GOOD care! Fatima made me feel so comfortable, checked on me multiple times to make sure I was ok. Maria did my X-rays and was super sweet! Natalie was my hygienist and I was so scared to see her. She too was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She assured me that all would be ok, and she was very soothing to the soul. Linda handles the finances and she thoroughly explained everything. There was also NO pressure to stay and get any of the work done. Nayeli is at the front handling check in. When I say the sweetest.. I mean the sweetest lil soul. We laughed, we talked, she verified info, and kept it fun! I saw Dr. Done. So it was really important to me to have a DR that I can talk to, feel comfortable with, and one that can calm my nerves. He did all 3 for me! He was nice, but was in control, and I loved that. I am extremely frightful of the dentist, so I am so happy to have found Dr. Done and his team.
