I am a veteran referred to this clinic from the VA for dental procedures. I have severe medical conditions from my active service. Unfortunately on some days I am not able to leave the house and need to seek medical attention and drugs that are debilitating to say the least. Due to my medical conditions, I had a "no show appointment" and boy was I punished for it. I was rescheduled and not able to attend the following appointment that needed to reschedule but received messages stating that if I don't confirm the appointment it would be canceled. So instead of wasting their time, I never confirmed. Following that, I received a phone call from a rude receptionist stating that they will not see me and they will send my case back to the VA. I was perplexed by how i was being spoken to. After the phone call I called the manager, MRS JAE WILSON, and her tone towards me was unacceptable. She wouldn't let me speak and plead my case and tried to lecture me. As a result, I refuse to go to this clinic and recommend for veterans to STAY AWAY! When minor issues arise within the clinic, the management handles them with emotions and treat their patients rudely! I will contact the VA and brief them on this and thank the lord that he protected me from going to this clinic. read more

So far so good. I've had several things done and have a few more to do. Dr T has been very informative, professional and timely. I was really impressed by the wait time; they get you back quick. And if there's any money sitting around, give Emily a raise. She's awesome!! read more

Great dr and staff thanks for the care and great pricing. Dr takes time to understand needs

People who say South Texas people are warm iand friendly have obviously never talked to the office manager here. While the issues with my appointment being changed to another location and ultimately so delayed that I cancelled, persons in her position are ultimately supposed to try to make things better. This certainly was not the case as she agreed that I should consider finding a different dental office. 2 stars is a gift. read more

Very friendly and clean place. Love being able to get my dental appointments same day as my kids.

Due to COVID this office charged an extra $10 for extra cleaning supplies and PPE. I agreed because I understand it's a small business. Went for a cleaning paid the $10. While there I noticed no staff members were wearing N95 masks or face shields. No special precautions were taken like a pre rinse like I've heard other places give. My temperature was taken and there was plexiglass but other than that nothing changed from the precovid practices. They still wiped the X-ray machine down after use and that was the extent of cleaning that I noticed. So why did I pay this $10 fee? After my appointment I was informed that I need to have a fill in. I scheduled the procedure for a different date and called to ensure I would not be required to pay the $10 fee I paid less than a week ago at my cleaning appointment. I was informed that each time I visit the dental office I would be required to pay that fee. That's ridiculous! I cancelled my appointment and the receptionist didn't seem at all concerned. This office is making at least an extra $300 daily with this bogus excuse/mandatory fee. I can only assume they are trying to recoup the revenue lost during the mandatory closure. This is not the way to do it. I have been going here for years and I will not be returning. The sad part is the fill in they wanted to perform is on a molar they already did it on which fell out; time did not allow me to return and address it, plus it doesn't bother me. They did not make mention of that when suggesting it again. I would save my cash and go somewhere else where you are appreciated as a patient and not viewed as cash. I've come to this conclusion only because I've had a chipped front tooth since I was 9 and it was only noticed last year at my cleaning and I was offered to have it fixed that day... for the money! I declined because its minuscule and doesn't bother me but it's on my treatment plan and I'm constantly being asked about fixing it. Like I said don't go to this place. Go where your appreciated and not treated like a bailout plan! read more

I visited this office last week after experiencing some tooth pain. I was seen and examined promptly. Dr Mogri was very kind and explained the source of my pain. I needed root canals which unfortunately required a referral out. The staff was very kind and was able to get me a treatment plan and pricing very quickly. I returned yesterday to start crowns following the root canals and again nothing but excellent and painless service. The front receptionist is very nice and knowledgeable. The office manager Jay is very nice and accessible for billing concerns. Dr Mogri was very gentle and answered all my questions with awesome bedside manner. I plan to switch my family to this office as I was very pleased with my service. read more

I did a walk in at Spring Cypress Dental for my daughter and they provided service to us right then. It was not a long wait at all the ladies at the reception desk were very kind and extremely helpful. The dental assistant we saw was greeted us with a beautiful smile and made us feel like family not 1st time patients. The Dentist explained everything clearly and gave us a warm feeling. This office is very clean with everyone displaying professionalism. If you need a dentist or cosmetic services this is definitely a good choice. read more

Excellent dentists and the staff is kind, helpful, and gives great service to our kids. We definitely recommend this place. We have several of our kids there for regular checkups, cleanings, fillings, and other work. And it's absolutely huge that we hardly ever have much of a wait they get us in right on time which is helpful so our kids do not miss much school when we have early appointments. read more

This dentist office is the worse!!! Beware!! I have no idea where to begin with the series of customer service issues this office has. During my visit, the front desk clerk told that my cleaning would be a specific price. I told her that could not be correct because I know that I should not be paying full $115 for a cleaning with my insurance. The clerk then asked me for my insurance card, which I found odd since my insurance should have been verified over the month and half I had been having the appointment. After waiting another 20 minutes, I was called to the back for my appointment. I preceded to walk to back but then stopped and walked back to the front desk because the font desk clerk had not communicated anything about the cost and I didn't want to be blindsided when time to check out. The clerk then stated an amount I perceived was inaccurate, so I decided to check for myself. After a couple of minutes, I was told that my appointment would need to be rescheduled due to the amount of time taken to verify my insurance. I was shocked! I asked the clerk whose responsibility was it to verify the insurance before the appointment because it's not mine. After reviewing my benefits again, I was correct. I was not supposed to pay one cent for my cleaning. I get two a year through my insurance, which they accept!!! Definitely not returning!! read more

It was time for my daughters 3 month cleaning being new to the area I wasn't sure what to expect, I had heard about Spring Cypress Dental through a friend who has been bringing her kids to see them for years. So deciding to give it a try I took my daughter in, the front office staff was really welcoming and the assistant that directed us to our room was so sweet and good with my little girl ( who is normally scared of strangers) took to this lady very well. The assistant worked with my little girl who was being a little tough and was able to clean her teeth. Then, Dr. Mogri came in to finish her exam; he was also very good with my daughter, Counting her teeth and explaining what we should expect in the next few years as her teeth grow. I highly recommend Spring Cypress Dental where you will feel welcomed and comfortable. read more

I had my teeth worked on by Gary Rickets. They did work to my mouth that I told them not to. It will cost me thousands to fix. The office manager charged my insurance for work they never did. I filed a complaint with the state dental board and won my claim. Thanks to this office I have such a fear I have to be sedated when I have any work done. I do not recommend using them. read more
