The E.F."estimated fee" is dropped to $30.00. Amazon sells it for $15.80 with out insurance! The 3M PerioMed U.C.F. is $354, E.F. (what I paid) is $30. Again Amazon's price with tax, is $15.14! So I shelled out $62.48 (tax included). That's a $31.54 markup! There are other areas where I am not satisfied with some charges billed. Do the overcharges merit the otherwise satisfactory services performed? Doubtful, I shall soon see. But I hope some adjustments will be made to a more reasonable total.
