Definitely should've purchased retainers from here years ago when I first started my son and asked for myself. Now I'll have to start again, and go the braces route. My daughter is going on her second year of braces and she absolutely loves the whole entire experience so far. The staff including Dr.Noriega is so kind and friendly, and the office atmosphere is so fun and welcoming the moment you step foot through the door. The office is very clean and modern with lots of seats in the waiting area. Prior to choosing Copper Creek Orthodontics, we went to several other places and they were very pricey and their treatment plans were very confusing. Here, they offered us great financing options and were super flexible with scheduling especially with my daughter's school schedule. I'm so happy with my decision and can't wait to see my daughter's end results.

I hadn't been to a dentist in way too long - and I was pretty nervous - both about the appointment itself and how my teeth were but also for how I might be made to feel for how long I waited before going to the dentist. I had an issue with one tooth so that was the priority but also needed to check the rest of my teeth of course too. I was so pleased with Fair Lakes Family Dentistry. Every person I interacted with was great - they were kind, welcoming and just took the "scary" out of going to the dentist. Dr Lui was wonderful - even though the problem tooth I went in for needed a referral, I was still able to get X-rays, cleaning and fillings fixed while I was there instead of needing to come back another day - and with such a gentle hand. She and her team always made sure I was ok, asked if I had any questions, etc. I am really glad I found them and have my next cleaning scheduled in 6 months!

A harmful experience for my 80 years old mom- Before signing…read morethe initial contract, the clinic used a computer screen to present pricing and represented that surgery, a healing/temporary denture, and related services would cost approximately $12,000, with a future fixed implant option priced at approximately $30,000 (total approximately $42,000). We were later informed that financing for the full $42,000 was not approved. The clinic reduced the plan to approximately $12,000 so treatment could proceed. Based on this representation, the $12,000 contract was signed. Surgery was performed; however, the healing/temporary denture was not provided at the time of surgery, despite prior representations that it would be placed the same day. After surgery, the clinic withheld the healing denture and stated it would only be provided after I signed a new or expanded contract. I was then informed the fixed implant price increased from approximately $30,000 to approximately $70,000. When I stated this was unaffordable, a $30,000 removable denture was proposed instead. I refused to sign any new contract. No permanent denture or implant treatment was authorized or accepted. Because I refused the second contract, my 80-year-old mother has been left without teeth for over two months, causing physical weakness and emotional distress.
