It's that time of the year!!! Routine dental cleaning and examination. I was a little apprehensive about changing my dentist to Dr. Hadadi, but after my second visit to her office, and being assisted by Emily and Sandra, they made me feel very comfortable and were very polite. Dr. Hadadi is very thorough with explaining treatment for good dental health, and makes referrals as needed, she also is patient and takes her time with her procedure, in my case, I had to have a filling, and I didn't feel rushed or any pain, just pressure and a little discomfort, she talked me through the steps she would use, before doing so, which reassured me prior to feeling anything. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work that was done on my teeth by Dr. Hadadi, her bedside manners and excellent service she provided. The hygienist did an amazing job with cleaning my teeth, she spent time polishing, flossing, making sure I had no tarter build up on each tooth, and gave me a good mouth rinse, I definitely can say she cares about having clean teeth. The only thing I didn't get before leaving the office, was a bag that contained a new tooth brush, floss, and toothpaste, not to sure if that is provided, but I did schedule my next cleaning six months out as advised while checking out. I don't know many dental offices that opens on Saturdays, but thank the lord for this one! With my crazy schedule, I'm so glad I can schedule a routine cleaning on a Saturday! I've been searching for a new dentist for awhile, but it wasn't until a friend of mine mentioned about Candid Smiles that I finally switch dentists. I was driving from Jersey Village to Sugarland just for routine cleaning and dental procedures. Quite a drive, I know... But it has been a huge challenge for me to find a dentist that I trust due to a traumatic past I had when I was younger. Luckily this office is in the Cypress area, and it's not such a long commute as before. The office is well kept and the staff are super friendly! Love the modern look and how bright and calming it feels when entering. Upon arrival, a nice gentleman at the front desk greeted me and my husband. We both scheduled a cleaning, and were new patients. Shortly after filling out new patient's forms, we were called to take x-rays. The process was quick and easy. The assistant was kind enough to turn on any Netflix or Disney+ shows just to keep you occupied. To be honest, I get anxious during routine cleaning, or even just getting my x-rays back because no one really says anything about how my teeth are. After waiting for a short while, Dr. Luu stepped into the room and greeted me joyfully. She introduced herself and went over my x-rays educating me on the condition of my teeth. This took me by surprise since no one has really educated me on the anatomy or condition of my teeth during a routine cleaning visit... luckily Dr. Luu put my mind at ease throughout this whole process. All questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly by Dr. Luu and she was extremely helpful and kind. My husband even felt the same way, and as a smoker, he always feels shy getting his teeth clean. She didn't make him feel any different or judgmental, and was happy to do the cleaning herself. Kim, the hygienist was whom did my cleaning. She was also very friendly and gentle throughout my cleaning. Earlier I mentioned how I was traumatized as a kid at the dentist. Well... at a regular office (no longer in business, thank God) that I was visiting, the hygienist was super rough and made me bled all the time in every routine cleaning. Mind you, I floss regularly. I cringed and cried throughout my time in the chair. Thankfully Kim was calm as a cucumber and cleaned my teeth without one squirm coming from me. In fact, I could have fallen asleep if I could keep my mouth open, LOL! I am definitely going to come here on a regular basis, and will send my family and friends here. I liked my Sugarland dentist, but I LOVE my new Cypress dentist now! Convenient, clean, and very relaxing throughout the entire visit. Like visiting an oral spa! Happy smiling! read more

I've had a lifelong fear of the dentist, I'm not going to say it's vanished but I do have a trust level with Dr. Luu and her team that hasn't existed before. Excellent service here. The 2 dentists here are great at what they do. Since they have smaller hands, they can work on the back of my teeth without me having to open my mouth too wide. They also have netflix and a tv mount on the ceiling so you can watch anything while they are working on your teeth. The bathroom is also super clean. I can stay in there all night :) read more

Had my 6 month cleaning appointment during the pandemic. They made sure to take all the proper precautions. I had to call from my car before entering the building and my temperature was checked before my appointment. Also, the employees were wearing the proper PPE. I can't say enough great things about this dentist office. THEY ARE THE BEST OFFICE! I am quite picky with my dentist. Went there for a check up. They talked me into a mouth guard. I got it and paid the 500$ they told me I owed. Got the mouth guard and it was really uncomfortable. Went in for adjustment and dr said that is how it is supposed to fit. Well I can't wear it because it causes severe jaw pain. Well fast forward 9 months and they start calling me telling me I owe them 300$ said insurance didn't pay. Well that is not true. I was very upset telling them I would not pay. The dr decided to wave the fee sense I was so upset and said I would be writing a review on how I was treated. I'm writing it anyway as I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Makes me wonder how many other people they did this to and the people paid them. read more

I do not recommend at all. Dr. Luu is no longer there and the new people are very RUDE!! I had purchased a dental savings plan in June 2023 and had emergency dental work done by Dr. Luu. I was supposed to go for a teeth cleaning. I was told it would take about an hour. Later after Dr. Luu had left, I scheduled for teeth cleaning. I checked on Dec. 6, the day before my cleaning to make sure it was going to be an hour as I was not feeling well and had to go back to work afterward. The girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and sent me a very rude text message. I was sent a confirmation again on Dec 7th by text. I messaged back that I had taken the day off because I was sick and possibly contagious. I received a text back stating that worked best for them because of time frame. Today, I received a text stating I owe them $50 for cancellation and that if I do not schedule for a teeth cleaning before June, I forfeit my dental plan. Beware of this dental practice. read more

This is by far the nicest dental office I've ever visited. Everything was brand spanking new, all new high tech equipment and dental massage chairs? Whaat?? And the best music is played here, ya'll. I asked for more upbeat music and it was like a party in here. What what! Made me dance in my chair. I had a cleaning done by one of the hygienist and it was the most pain-free cleaning I've ever had. I almost fell asleep but I remembered I had to keep my mouth open. The hygienist was very thorough with her cleaning and explained the whole process to me. I will definitely be coming back to her for my next cleaning. After my cleaning was finished, Dr. Luu came in for an exam and told me that she could fix the chip I had on my front tooth. I've had that chip on my tooth since I was 12 but never bothered to get it fixed. Dr. Luu and her assistant did an amazing job and now my front tooth looks normal again.
