Dr.james N was incredible. I came in to remove my wisdom teeth and he removed my top wisdom teeth with ease. You can tell by the way he works he has years under his belt. Also the receptionist was so sweet she answered all of my questions before I came in for my appointment. Over all i am very pleased and this will be my new spot for my dental care! read more

Definitely worth the 37 min drive. Tried going dentist closer to me but he got annoyed at my gag reflex, not nice time... but they worked with my gag reflex and tried different methods to work around it, definitely nice and friendly and professional read more

They were always great prior to covid, but currently their changes have made me as a parent quite uncomfortable. They had my 14 year old go in alone to her appointment and when they found cavities they proceeded to ask her if they could do the work. Why would they ask a 14 year old for consent on dental work? My daughter had to text me and ask if it was OK for them to do the work. They did not call me to explain anything. I was waiting outside of the office because they told me I could not sit in the waiting room and wait for her. I told her to inform them that they needed to call me to ask for consent and explain to me what work they are trying to do and what the charges would be. They did not call me they had her leave and made me schedule a separate appointment to come in and have the work done. I could tell that they did not like the fact that I brought up that she is a minor and she cannot give consent. Very unorganized during covid. Hopefully they start following better practices. I never write reviews but my experience at true care was so great that I felt compelled to say something. I haven't been to the dentist in about four years and the last time was because i chiped my front tooth. I had just recently recently re-chiped it and lost part of the reattached piece this time so i knew i was going to need a crown. I initially whent in for a cleaning just to see if i liked the place, and to get an assessment of the damage. I was greeted and promptly taken care of when i walked in. While i was getting my teeth cleaned i had explained to the dental hygienist my tooth was chiped and really loose so she made a point to be extra careful around it, so i wouldn't lose the rest of it. I wasn't expecting to be able to get the crown done that day, but Dr. Kim decided to fit me in after lunch. Like everyone i was afraid of the pain. Especially because she explaind the crack was close to the nerve and high up by my gum. As soon as she stuck me with the needle i felt no pain for the next 3 hrs. This was partially because as soon as i would tell her i was starting to get feeling back in my gum she would stop what whe was doing and stick the needle right back in. After i was done not only did it look great, but there was minimal pain. She perscibed me some pain medication and I only needed one of the 28 pills. If you can't tell I highly recommend this place, and I am definitely going back. read more

Wow! What an amazing experience to the dentist office. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and staff! I hadn't been to the dentist in a while, I found True Care Dental through my insurance and I'm very thankful that I took a chance on them. The ladies at the front desk were cheerful and friendly. The hygienist (who's name escapes me but he was great and very gentle) I highly recommend him. Dr. Nguyen entered the room with great energy and introduced herself. She asked what brought me in and I told her that part of my tooth had broken off and the filling after chewing on ice (I'll never chew on ice again). She was extremely gentle and thorough. She gracefully explained everything she was doing and why. She answered all of my questions and was an absolute joy to work with. I highly recommend True Care Dental and the Nguyen's. read more

Best dentist, staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians are awesome. They are able to get you in quickly if you need to be seen and they are also great with children. Everyone there is exceptionally friendly and they all do such a wonderful job! My teeth feel so wonderful after they are cleaned and I feel no discomfort at all! I drive pretty far just so I can go to these dentist's . They are all exceptional and the staff is always happy . I would recommend them to everyone! I have finally found a dentist who truly care about my concerns. I broke my crown yesterday, Dr Kim was able to see me today. She took her time to work on my temporary crown and explained what she will do next to give me a great smile again. She was so gentle, I didn't feel any pains at all. Love it. read more

This place is as good as it gets. My male Dr and a very caring and sweet Lady Dr just changed ny life and really dont have a idea. The Lady Dentist prep me and put a temp Cap for my root canal and the whole time she was talking to me and building my confidence to get a colonoscopy appt i had coming uo 2 days afterwards that i had planned on canceling and she changed my mine and had no clue. And the male Dr really cares about all of his patients. If hes busy and you need to talk he stops and come and listen. That office from the time you walk in shows nothing but LOVe and I love them for that. read more

I give this place 3 stars because I enjoy coming here and love the people. This weekend I've had an emergency and had not been able to attend an appointment that was scheduled 6 months in advance. I've came here for almost 6 years and from today I will not be attending. I've always been there on my appointments earlier then scheduled. I called today telling them I was not going to be able to come in and they informed me there would be a 25 dollar fee for the late notice cancelation. I understand of their fee, but after 6 years of attending this clinic and never being late they could were not able to slide this one time. I informed them if the charge was going to happen that I would just have to go to a different location. All they responded was okay that's fine. It is sad that they lost a client for 25 dollars. I hope they change that policy as they will loose clients of many years. read more
