The staff provided me with a cost sheet and asked me to sign it, assuring me that signing was not mandatory. I signed it and explained that I needed time to discuss the treatment and costs with my family. They agreed and scheduled a follow-up appointment for October 20th, 2025. On October 16th, I called to cancel my upcoming appointment -- four days before the scheduled date. However, I was told that cancellations are only accepted within 72 hours from the date I signed the form. Because I was outside of that window, they charged me $200 for the consultation and an additional $200 cancellation fee. This policy was never clearly explained to me during my initial visit, and I find it unfair and misleading. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. Their business practices feel deceptive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that others be cautious or avoid this place altogether.

He's really careful and gentle with your mouth. Even in complex procedures, I felt no pain. Somehow, even when he gives you the shot it doesn't hurt. How is that possible?! Dr. G does excellent cosmetic dentistry. The front of one of my teeth chipped off, and he fixed it so well that my next dentist and hygienist were really surprised when they saw the x-ray and realized that tooth had been repaired! At 10:30am I felt a pin prick; next thing I remember is my brother-in-law helping me out of the car at home. Dr. Cooper provided written instructions and prescriptions in advance. I did not experience any pain. The extraction sites are healing normally. I am following instructions for post op care and taking medicine. I highly recommend Dr. Cooper and his friendly staff.
