Great Service and they're phenomenal with kids. They give kids a small toy and goodie bag with toothbrush. My kids had fun during their appointment and enjoyed the playroom. I definitely recommend this dental office!

They are great at explaining everything from your cost to recommendations for any procedures or preventative at home measures. They can even fit you in for any kind of emergency! I also like that they seem very organized and don't just have a temp answering the phone for someone else to call you back or put you on hold a lot. Every time someone answers the phone or responds to you, they look for a solution right away or direct you to someone that can answer your questions! I will keep coming to this place for all my dental needs. If you are looking for a new dental place, you should come here too!

Out of nowhere, they canceled my appointment and never called me back to reschedule. Yesterday, I went in for a cleaning and also mentioned that I wanted my wire removed. Just like in other reviews, the staff seemed to be in a rush. The dentist briefly spoke with me, then got up and called the hygienist. The hygienist who came in was extremely rough -- I've never had to stop anyone during a cleaning before, but with her, I had to tell her to stop. She never once asked if I was okay and seemed to be rushing through everything. In the process, she even cut my lip. When I told her she was being too rough and mentioned that my previous hygienist wasn't like that, she told me they had fired the previous one. Later, I asked one of the front desk staff, who told me that the previous hygienist had actually left to work somewhere else -- meaning the one who cleaned my teeth lied to my face simply because I complained. She also tried to rush me out right after the cleaning, but I stopped to ask about my wire. It felt like the dentists were more focused on chatting and having fun, removing their pimples than focusing on their patients. They eventually told me to go back to my room and wait, but honestly, couldn't the dentist have removed the wire before the cleaning?

It matters not how small or large the work that is required. The staff..when I walk in, when I am working with the talented professionals who assist Dr. Miller, when I receive the explanation of costs, the procedure, and executing the payment process, I feel at home. In a Dental office, that is hard to achieve, but at SCD, it is the norm. Kindness, support, courtesy, professional work, and being treated with respect is lacking in most corners of our culture. Not here. Not ever. I want to go by and hang out..when have you heard that? Thanks, Ron for who you are and the positive culture you have created at Spring Creek Dentistry!

I was very much looking forward to coming here, and my first visit as a new patient was a huge…read moredisappointment and a complete waste of time. I have never been in a more painful dental chair in my life - and that includes the emergency room at Parkland hospital. I have not had any issue or problem with the chair at ANY other dentist. As soon as the hygienist finished the x-rays and reclined the chair I was in serious pain, both back and neck. I just have an average, 52 year old bad back, too - no serious spinal condition or neck injury. I can't imagine what being in those chairs for more than a minute or two would feel like for someonewho does. I was told that all the chairs there are the same. The hygienist was nice, friendly, and the desk was as well. I never met the dentist during my new patient visit, although I was told several times she was "on her way back to meet me". Even after I explained to the hygienist what the issue with the chair was, and was told there is no solution, she then told the dentist, and the dentist never made it back to my exam room. Again, a complete waste of time, and a huge, frustrating disappointment. Especially for a first visit to a new practice I was really excited about. The irony here is that I found this practice for my wife and I, and after some research, I booked both our appointments. This was MY idea. Hers was before mine, and she couldn't stop RAVING about how great the dentist is, his care and concern, his chair-side manner was awesome, how wonderful and helpful his assistant was,how great this office is, and we were both excited about my visit the following week. I was scheduled with the other dentist, and had the opposite experience. I can't help but wish I had been scheduled with my wife's dentist, I might have had a similar experience. Instead, I was treated like an afterthought, and ignored by the dentist who couldn't see her way to come to my exam and meet me, and address my concern with the chair. So now, my wife and I, who would have been regular patients at this practice (with a lot of work to be done), are going to find another practice. Because I was scheduled with the other dentist, not the one she had. We left our previous dentist for similar experiences; feeling ignored, like out concerns weren't being heard or addressed. What a disappointment.

When I picked up my partial, it was handed to me with no instructions, no aftercare kit, and no container I had to go back just to get a case. During my two extractions, the assistant, Marrisa, was having a full conversation with another staff member while I was choking on saliva and blood, receiving little to no help. This happened multiple times and felt completely unprofessional and unsafe. I was told my pain medication and antibiotics would be called in, but when I went to the pharmacy, no prescriptions had been sent. After speaking with Marrisa hours later, I was still left without the medication I needed just minutes before the pharmacy closed. I would not recommend this office. The care, communication, and attention to patients are unacceptable, especially after paying such a high amount.

On my way there, a major accident caused heavy traffic, and I immediately called the office to notify them that I would be about 15 minutes late. I marked the voicemail as urgent and also sent a text through their system so they knew I was coming. When I arrived, I was told the dentist (Dr. Jessica Ransom) had already left. My urgent voicemail was not checked, my message was ignored, and no one made any attempt to reach out to me. For an emergency appointment, this is unacceptable. More importantly, I felt extremely uncared for and completely dismissed. I was in severe pain -- the kind of pain that came on suddenly and required immediate help -- and yet I was not considered important enough for the dentist to stay an extra 15 minutes. The entire purpose of emergency dental care is to help patients who are suffering. Instead, I was left without an exam, without support, and without any consideration for my situation. Being referred out for a possible failed root canal during this kind of crisis only adds to the stress. A patient in pain should never be abandoned after communicating clearly that they are on the way. This was unprofessional, irresponsible, and showed a lack of basic compassion. As a former patient, I can no longer recommend this practice. The only positive part of the visit was the assistant who stayed and tried to help, but the dentist's actions overshadowed everything else.
