    This was the first time they charged me full price. Then when they received insurance never gave me…read moreany money back. Then after I brought it to their attention only partial payment. Dr. Savita Brenner Dentist office manager Patrick asked I pay the full amount of work to be done, because insurance does not respond to phone calls from him. I received paperwork from insurance company that said they had paid their part. My husband called the office manager on my behalf several times and left messages the receptionist would always say he was not in. Patrick would never return my husband's calls concerning the payment they received and did not return my payment. So they were keeping insurance payment and my payment. When I went in for my six-month checkup, I took the paperwork in to ask Patrick about it. Quote he said that he was glad I brought that in because he could not read the insurance paperwork. (This is his job). Then he had a conference with dentist, and they said they would reimburse me only partial payment back since the dentist had a difficult time taking off the old cap. and they would reimburse me for the rest. If we had not brought this to their attention that they were keeping my overpayment. I would never been reimbursed. I still have sensitivity with the work done, but too scared to go back to a dentist that takes advantage of patients I feel that they will take advantage of other customers. I would hope someone carefully check their paperwork and audit them. April 5 2023 Went for X-rays, cleaning and check up which should be fully covered. They charged me $145. Which after they get there money will be paid twice! Run don't walk from this place. They bought a five star practice so they could ride on a five star rating! April 18 2023 They insisted they credited me back but never arrived in my account. I have same insurance as I have had for years. Since Dr. Brenner's team took over they want to charge me and get money they insurance!

Dr. Lepow called to check on me that evening, as I have TMJ and it's difficult for me. It's always been difficult to find a caring dentist that can assist with the TMJ. (Obviously ur using the same gloves and sticking ur fingers in my mouth, its a valid question!) She didnt like me calling it out. Got past it, but cmon. I also felt that the chairs were quite old and appeared dirty. Dr Ling is adorably awkward but he did a great job on fillings. Fast fwd 2024 cleaning, i end up killing a massive fly the size of a quarter that i saw land on the little tool tray as soon as i sit down. Like quarter size huge! Horse fly huge. I washed my hands and Taryn grabbed another tool set. During the cleaning I stare at 2 more HUGE flies on the ceiling light while my mouth is open. Then one flies straight into my face!! I jolted out of chair hitting my leg on that dang chair pole. Taryn was super polite, gave me first aid. We changed rooms. I also asked to see Dr Cavazos and they still put me with Ling so theres that. This place needs attention to infection control and environment of care practices. Nice ppl, but i dont want to have to ice a huge knot on my leg bone after going to the dentist and be stressed that a gigantic fly nearly flew in my mouth during a procedure. Bleh.

    This Endodontist had no transparency with finances for me. They did not tell me what things cost…read moreuntil AFTER they had already done them!! Dr. Bisquerra said it himself. He prided himself on having some of the best pricing in the area but how about telling people the cost beforehand as well? Thank God I know how to speak up for myself because they weren't gonna give me a breakdown of the costs or tell me that there were no financing options until AFTER receiving my dental work. Dr. Bisquerra said this explicitly to me.Talk about trapping someone into something. I was literally in the chair with numbing cream on when I realized they had told me they were gonna bill my insurance but they never specified how much. I asked for a breakdown before proceeding and the lady looked at me like I had 5 heads. She then informed me that I would have to pay out of pocket today and there were no financing options. I thought to myself so... when were you gonna tell me this?... after I get my work done?? lol The lady at the front will probably argue and say that she told me about finances because she told me they would bill me in full and then refund based on insurance but no one let me know any costs. They could have charged me whatever they wanted and I would have been at their mercy if I didn't speak up. I guess that's just what they are betting on. That people for some reason won't feel comfortable asking for a full breakdown of prices before proceeding with dental work. I then chose not to proceed with them due to their lack of communication and transparency. They DEMANDED that I pay for my scans that they of course had not told me the cost of. $416 because I chose not to move forward with them and they did not inform me of costs beforehand. When I disputed the scans charges with them they become hostile, specifically Dr. Bisquerra. He would not let me speak to express my concerns, was constantly interrupting and was incredibly arrogant. I was trying to just have a conversation and they refused because they did not want to take any accountability for their actions. It was easier to make me look like the villain and the psycho arguing because I knew it was wrong. One of the younger workers even smirked thinking me being Stern with them with comical apparently. Needless to say I called her out on it and that smirk disappeared real fast. I think that says all you need to know about the type of workers here. I was recommended this place by my dentist who I respect and LOVE but 10/10 would NOT recommend!! Staff is unfriendly, arrogant, not willing to work with you and as we've already discussed in length not transparent with finances. Which is the main reason for this review. If you do choose to go here just make sure you explicitly ask for a breakdown of costs BEFORE even going back because they did not provide it (for me at least) without being prompted. This review is from my own personal, honest but negative experience. In no way is it intended to defame or sabotage this business. Only to share an experience that is unique to me. I understand that others may have had positive experiences with them and I'm so happy for you. This does not invalidate anyone else's true and honest experiences. Blessings

    Dr.Bisquerra and his support staff were kind and helpful during my consultation but the woman at…read morethe front desk was not. This office was in my network and I was charged out of network prices. She told me it had to be that way. I called my insurance and they told me she shouldn't have done that. The woman at the front desk gave me price quotes for an oral surgery I would need and didn't give me the prices agreed upon with my insurance. There was a 400+ dollar difference. My insurance told me her price quotes were incorrect. Her explanation was that she couldn't give me the correct price quotes until payment was due( meaning after my surgery). I found that hard to believe since she had already had an opportunity to charge me my in network price for the consult and had not done so. So why should I expect the same for my surgery? The last thing that set me off was that my insurance was told to send my refund from the consult to the office of the specialists. Why wouldn't they send the money directly back to me? When I called and asked the woman at the front she claimed to not know why. She was condescending from start to finish and if I had went through with the surgery with these specialists I would be waiting for 500 + dollars ( 100 + from consult and 400+ from surgery) in the mail for weeks from an incompetent front desk manager.
