I had an appointment yesterday and Ivory was Dr. Nguyen's assistant. As always, Dr. Nguyen was great. He always makes sure I am comfortable, and asks if I have any questions or concerns. I was also impressed with Ivory. During the procedures, he has a few questions for her regarding supplies, scheduling and such, and she was able to answer all his questions. It really just confirmed my opinion of how efficient, and capable his staff is, along with always being friendly and helpful. Great doctor and great staff!

Both of my wisdom teeth were growing horizontally and Dr. Ho advised for them to be taken out as soon as possible. The surgery took about two hours and it was quite difficult taking both of them out. However, Dr. Ho and his staff were attentive and the surgery went smoothly. They are always gentle, but precise. Also, they were kind enough to make sure I am okay and if there was any sensitivity during the cleaning and other procedures. Initially, when I came in I was greeted with a freindly smile and a warm welcome. The entire staff took the time to remember my name. It made me felt more than just another face in the crowd that typically comes to visit a dentist. The majority of my paperwork was taking care of so I didn't have to spend hardly any time filling it out. They took the time to answer my questions and concerns regarding my insurance and acutally explaned it in a way I can understand which is not common. I really appreciate the extra mile they go to make the cusotmer feel at home. I've even considered getting Invisalign and they took the time to explain in detail to me the procedure, how long it would take, and the cost of the process. He came in and was gone in 5 minutes. Told me it doesn't even seem tooth related!!! and gave me some antibiotics. No test no anything, one look and done. Seemed like he was brushing it off. Went to my original dentist and they did multiple X-rays, multiple diffrent test to determine the problem. It was one of my teeth that needed a root canal or extraction. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. 0 stars

Joanne was incredibly patient and took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand my level of anxiety, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. Dr. Ling explained each step of the procedure before moving forward, making sure I knew what to expect. His calm, unhurried approach made a tremendous difference, and I left the office completely pain-free. What impressed me even more was that a few hours after I got home, Dr. Ling personally called to check on how I was doing. That level of follow-up, compassion, and commitment to patient care is something you don't often experience and speaks volumes about the practice. I also want to recognize Cheri Villarreal. Cheri was my hygienist when I first moved to Houston, and I've followed her through the different dental practices where she's worked because she is simply outstanding. I walked out. Dishonest crooks, money hungry. The procedures are painful. I am 82, soon to be 83. The first lady - I don't believe she was my usual hygienist, gave me a nice fuzzy blanket, admired my nail polish - she was killing time for the dentist to get there. When I walked out I had 3 in the room! Never got my teeth cleaned, NEVER going back.

I got a crown put on today and each time they explain what they are about to do and check on you to make sure your as comfortable as possible. But most of all he is gentle and does excellent work. I can't even feel I have a crown on. I will be getting one more and I will only go here. Because of the way i am cared for, treated and taken care of I will remain loyal to this office. I strongly suggest this office and Dr.Nguyen. No one likes going to the dentist of course but they are so gentle you really have nothing to fear as far as pain etc.. GREAT JOB!!
