I have now completed 4 appointments with Nova Dental Care and I am a huge fan! Dr. Ken is incredible. I'm a bit of a nervous patient and he has made me comfortable each time I have visited. The ladies that work here are quite rude. I brought my husband who's first language is not English (nor Spanish) and requested to go in with him. They would not allow it. He didn't understand half of what they said to him and I have unanswered questions. We bought an in-office plan to save on cleanings and treatments but found out there prices are actually higher than other dental offices. He had several cleanings and he says only one visit felt like they actually cleaned his teeth. I would strongly recommend you look around and find better and more affordable dental care. read more

Wonderful place for kids. The dentist and assistance were so patient with my daughter. They took their time explaining everything to her. She was calm even through the numbing process. They have great techniques to distract your child from the needles. They had a nice high tech pencil camera to view every tooth closely. There are nice sized movable tvs to entertain during the procedure. They also have laughing gas to relax your child which was a great alternative to putting your child to sleep. Went today for a exam but also with other issues. Everyone from front desk all the way to check out were very friendly. Dr spoke very thoroughly and understood my concerns. Miss Estefania was a sweetheart and my dental hygienist ( forgot his name sorry!) was very sweet and gentle as well. I feel comfortable returning as a long term client! My former dentist growing up was very heavy-handed, and I felt extremely distressed due to the post-cleaning bleeding as a child. Here, Dr. Ken does a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth with utmost gentleness while explaining every step of the procedure. He not only performs dental cleaning, but he also educates me on the importance of an overall healthy mouth which affects other parts of the body as well. Also, if you are interested in having clear braces (they use Austin-based Clear Correct brand instead of the pricier Invisalign brand), you can get your teeth straightened invisibly like I did. I did my research and found NOVA. Reception was kind and efficient, nurses were super sweet. They all catered to building a relationship with my son. Dr Ken and Dr Raquel are the best dental experiences I have ever had. They are very patient, welcoming, courteous and the office welcomes you like their home. It's warm and inviting right when you step in. The office has reasonable pricing with a high level of care and professionalism. Making an appointment was a breeze, the receptionist was very helpful even calling me back explaining me benefits and what I had to pay, the hygienist was super friendly and took good care of me knowing I was pregnant, the dentist was extremely sweet and did a very thorough exam. I didn't know that dentist even check the neck and jaw for diseases. (My old dentist never did that). There was no pressure, no gimmicks, and my teeth felt extremely clean afterwards. This office is one of the best dental offices I've been too. The front office is knowledgeable on any insurance questions I've had. The dental assistants and hygienist are quick but thorough. Any doctor I've seen here is gentle and the doctors and staff are extremely helpful with explaining any treatment to me along with visual effects to help me understand exactly what it is they're proposing.
