Over this past weekend I've been in nonstop pain and looking inside my mouth I saw my cheek was raw and bleeding. I sprayed some numbing spray and looked deeper. My wisdom tooth finally pushed through my gums and was sticking directly towards my cheek causing constant rubbing. I've always been used to pressure in my mouth because of migraines and what not so I had no real reason to assume otherwise. After 3 days of going back and forth with myself I finally looked up emergency dental services and they were the ones with the quickest appointment for the following morning. I called and messaged to reschedule about 4 times but I decided I would deal with my fear and get it over with since the pain was unbearable the minute Tylenol and numbing spray lost it's effect. Ps: I avoided getting my wisdom teeth removed for about seven years because of my fear of saying something dumb with while under anesthesia. I'm also not from TX and was driving 10 hours that same day after the appointment. My appointment was at 8:30 am and I was home by 9:20 with the 15 minute commute. It was painless and super easy. Some Local anesthetic and some slight pressure and it was over. Everyone was understanding and it was very hygienic which I loved. Hopefully I'm never in pain again but if needed I won't be seeking out a different office. It's been 48 hours since my appointment and there's no swelling no pain no pain meds needed. I'm on the antibiotics but overall amazing place

Today I go to my appointment, mind you the first appointment of the day, after 2 hours of waiting, I approached the front desk and told them if been waiting for 2 hours and that I had a meeting to go to in an hour. She asked if I wanted to be scheduled....AGAIN. I told her I would like them to honor their appointment and she told me that they are very busy and I would either have to reschedule or deal with it. I then asked for a corporate number to which no one knew. I waited for almost 10 minutes for them to give me a nonworking number. I asked who actually ran the place and they said they didn't know and that I would have to talk to Natalie. Well Natalie wasn't there. This was all starting to make sense on why the place was falling apart. The person who supposedly runs the circus wasn't there. I went here to get my braces put on and have my wisdom teeth removed, and both experiences were absolutely terrible. The day of my wisdom tooth removal, it felt like the only thing they cared about was how much money they could get out of me. During the extraction, the woman doing it was extremely rude. She kept huffing and puffing while tugging my head from side to side to show her coworkers my tattoos, saying I shouldn't be scared of the process or the pain because I have plenty of tattoos. That was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. If someone is already nervous about having their teeth pulled, your job should be to make them feel comfortable--not make them even more uncomfortable. Every time I have gone there, I have had an appointment, yet somehow I am always waiting three to four hours before I am even seen. Having an appointment clearly means nothing there. Immediately after my extraction, they told me to get up and go to another room for more X-rays, then handed me a bag and basically said, "bye." They did not properly explain how to care for the open wounds in my mouth or give me the instructions I should have received after having teeth removed. That is unacceptable. They are constantly telling you that you need more and more procedures and services, and it honestly feels like they are just trying to get more money out of you for things that are not even necessary. The day I went to get my braces put on, they had me sitting in a chair in the back for hours before anyone even came to explain what was happening. They are extremely unorganized and have no respect for their patients' time. I was also told I was only allowed to choose two colors for my braces. That's fine if that is their policy, but when I am paying this much money, I should at least be given clear information about my options. Then I was told I had a tiny cavity that was nothing serious and didn't need to be fixed. A few minutes later, another worker came up to me trying to charge me for a root canal--something I did not get and did not need. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and upsetting. The way they treat the people who are literally paying for their services is unacceptable. While I was there for my tooth extraction, there were also two other men complaining and cussing because they had been waiting for hours and were being charged for things they felt they did not need. That should tell you something. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone, and especially not for children.
