I went here to get my braces put on and have my wisdom teeth removed, and both experiences were absolutely terrible. The day of my wisdom tooth removal, it felt like the only thing they cared about was how much money they could get out of me. During the extraction, the woman doing it was extremely rude. She kept huffing and puffing while tugging my head from side to side to show her coworkers my tattoos, saying I shouldn't be scared of the process or the pain because I have plenty of tattoos. That was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional. If someone is already nervous about having their teeth pulled, your job should be to make them feel comfortable--not make them even more uncomfortable. Every time I have gone there, I have had an appointment, yet somehow I am always waiting three to four hours before I am even seen. Having an appointment clearly means nothing there. Immediately after my extraction, they told me to get up and go to another room for more X-rays, then handed me a bag and basically said, "bye." They did not properly explain how to care for the open wounds in my mouth or give me the instructions I should have received after having teeth removed. That is unacceptable. They are constantly telling you that you need more and more procedures and services, and it honestly feels like they are just trying to get more money out of you for things that are not even necessary. The day I went to get my braces put on, they had me sitting in a chair in the back for hours before anyone even came to explain what was happening. They are extremely unorganized and have no respect for their patients' time. I was also told I was only allowed to choose two colors for my braces. That's fine if that is their policy, but when I am paying this much money, I should at least be given clear information about my options. Then I was told I had a tiny cavity that was nothing serious and didn't need to be fixed. A few minutes later, another worker came up to me trying to charge me for a root canal--something I did not get and did not need. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and upsetting. The way they treat the people who are literally paying for their services is unacceptable. While I was there for my tooth extraction, there were also two other men complaining and cussing because they had been waiting for hours and were being charged for things they felt they did not need. That should tell you something. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone, and especially not for children. If this is how they treat adults who are paying for their services, I would never feel comfortable sending a child there. Tomball parkway location.

Like many adults, I grew up with a genuine fear of going to the dentist due to difficult childhood experiences. Joanne was incredibly patient and took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand my level of anxiety, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. Dr. Ling explained each step of the procedure before moving forward, making sure I knew what to expect. His calm, unhurried approach made a tremendous difference, and I left the office completely pain-free. What impressed me even more was that a few hours after I got home, Dr. Ling personally called to check on how I was doing. That level of follow-up, compassion, and commitment to patient care is something you don't often experience and speaks volumes about the practice. I also want to recognize Cheri Villarreal. Cheri was my hygienist when I first moved to Houston, and I've followed her through the different dental practices where she's worked because she is simply outstanding. She knows me well, brings just the right amount of humor to help me relax, and isn't afraid to give me a little tough love when I'm not taking care of my dental health. Her genuine care and encouragement have made a lasting impact. Cheri is the reason I came to Parkway Modern Dentistry, and Dr. Ling, Joanne, and the entire office team are the reason I'll continue coming back. They have created an environment where even someone with a lifelong fear of the dentist can feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. I highly recommend Parkway Modern Dentistry to anyone looking for skilled professionals who truly put their patients first. Thank you.

So I haven't been to a dentist in a little over a year but this time I was determined to find a…read moreplace where they care about the patients. I am sooooo glad I chose to make my appointment here. Got to fill out my information online so I went at my scheduled time and didn't have a wait time. First impression: very clean, advanced equipment, nice rooms with entertainment, and the friendliest staff ever at a dentist. After signing in I was in the waiting room for about two minutes. Someone had just been called to the back so I thought I was going to be there perhaps 15 minutes, but instead the dentist that was going to treat me came out and took me to the back himself. Dr. Sahegin was awesome- he asked me if I had any concerns, answered my questions, and we decided to just do a general examination and figure out my workup. Michele came in, introduced herself, and took me to do my x-rays: some positions were slightly painful but nothing I couldn't handle and Michele was quick to minimize the discomfort :) Dr. Sahegin did an extremely detailed evaluation at the chair as well. I can't express how much I appreciate this as I've had my fair share of dentists that don't answer questions, look at the general places to do major work, and you're pretty much out the door. Amazing!!! Had to get touch-ups on a couple of things and a filling so I was there a while as the machine was making it. Michele even took me to look at it and at the precision of the coloring. It was nice to see everything that happened "behind the scenes" (maybe its because I ask a lot of questions though lol). I also had a cleaning and Kelli (hygienist) was absolutely wonderful. I asked her a couple of questions and she gave me good tips too. I felt as though I was being a little pampered to be honest. I know it sounds strange as it's the dentist, right? Whenever water splashed on me they would dry it off or if I re-adjusted I would always get an "are you okay?" I couldn't explain that it wasn't the procedure that bothered me as I had my mouth open but Dr. Sahegin, Michele, and Kelli all equally checked up on me constantly. I will say, it was kind of nice :D Before I left, Dr. Sahegin walked me out and talked to me a bit before I left for follow-up questions and to ask me to fill out a survey that the office was going to send me. They really care about the service they offer their patients which means a lot. I have definitely learned to expect more from dentists and can say that I am extremely comfortable returning here. I don't see why anyone should have a problem at Champions Modern Dentistry- they all go above and beyond to accommodate you. Highly recommended!

They took over a dozen X-rays and imaging because they couldn't get the angles correct and then charged me for all of them. They insisted I needed a deep clean and lied on the examination by saying my gums were worse than they actually were. They said I needed other procedures and My insurance came back and denied these claims as fraud. They gave me proof as to why they were fraudulent. I have never had this happen before. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they warned me not to go back. I canceled my appointment , but they had talked me into ordering a partial. When It came in I went to pick it up, but they refused to give it to me, saying I need to get a medical release before I get it. The receptionist was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe it. I caught her in several lies before I left out of complete confusion that I was unable to get my property. So in recap, be careful when and if you go here. Watch out for them charging you for things you don't need, keeping you there for hours to force you to make a choice you do not want, bold face lying to you, and then disrespecting you if you stand up for yourself. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as I am not the only one who had this happen to them
