If I were you, I would not search anywhere else when you walk through the doors asked for Ronaldo as a dental assistant, and Walter would be the coordinator financially who would assist you with all your finances if you have any questions, questions in reference to coverage with the insurance they can always verify through the manager in the department name, Jonathan. I had a great conversation the day before my visit with Jonathan as a manager, and he reassured me that my visit would go exactly as expected, and they would only charge me based off of what was necessary nothing additional, when I walked off the premises I only paid 150 bucks, that's not too bad for a deep cleaning especially second level if you know what I mean. Since my experience today, I already booked an appointment three months to six months down the line to come back and have my teeth imaged again! Hopefully I can join their program in reference to braces since the deposit is not expensive at all . I first contacted the Southwest location, only to be told they are not open on Saturdays and that I would need to call the 290 location instead. When I called the 290 location, I explained that I was trying to book an emergency appointment due to a severe toothache that was causing intense headaches. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed more concerned about payment and insurance information than the urgency of my situation. I informed her that I do have insurance through my employer, but I simply did not have my insurance card with me at the moment. Instead of trying to assist me, she placed me on hold and showed very little concern for my pain or need for care. This experience was extremely disappointing. Patients seeking emergency dental care should be treated with compassion and professionalism, not made to feel like finances are the only priority. Experiences like this are exactly why many people avoid going to the dentist. I will not be wasting my time with this establishment again. Please do better and remember that patient care should come first.
