The staff from the reception, dental assistants, and financial coordinators are very sweet and understanding. I have recommended friends and family to come here anytime a dentist is even brought up. While I was pulling into my appointment they called and asked to reschedule my appointment because the dentist there that day did not take my insurance. Today I go to my appointment, mind you the first appointment of the day, after 2 hours of waiting, I approached the front desk and told them if been waiting for 2 hours and that I had a meeting to go to in an hour. She asked if I wanted to be scheduled....AGAIN. I told her I would like them to honor their appointment and she told me that they are very busy and I would either have to reschedule or deal with it. I then asked for a corporate number to which no one knew. I waited for almost 10 minutes for them to give me a nonworking number. I asked who actually ran the place and they said they didn't know and that I would have to talk to Natalie. Well Natalie wasn't there. This was all starting to make sense on why the place was falling apart. The person who supposedly runs the circus wasn't there.
