We were in the middle of a renovation project and took a break to head down there to order carpet. Because we were under a serious time crunch and the weather was not very cooperative we did not have time to go home and change first so we came in jeans and shirts that had some paint on them and looked a little tired. The lady who greeted us (after some research I now know she is the owner) slowly looked us up and down and said she'd find somebody to help us. You'd think we were bedraggled orphans or homeless people the way she looked at and spoke to us. Another employee came out and was somewhat helpful. As we were looking at samples and laying things down to look at them, the owner came over to the table where we were working with another client and pretty much just pushed us out of the way, talking loudly over us and spreading out samples. Both of them were extremely rude. It was like we were not even there. We quietly took the quote they gave us and walked out. I spent the next morning calling around for a better deal and nicer people who don't discriminate against you based solely on appearances. In addition to needing budget carpet for this property we were also intending to order a lot of higher end products for a second property we are working on but after the way we were treated, I will take my business ANYWHERE but here.

First, I wasn't informed the flooring was being delivered. I had to leave work unexpectedly…read more Second, expensive transition pieces were ordered that should never have been ordered as they weren't needed (the installer let us know this. The installers did an excellent job on the installation). Third, the flooring sample in the store looked nothing like what was installed. The picture on the sample showed a much lighter floor. Even the Summers rep. agreed the installed floor did not look the same as the sample or the picture of installed floor on the sample. (The Summers Interiors rep. suggested we could pay additional money for boxes of flooring and switch out the darker planks for lighter ones.) We've used Summers in the past, and didn't have any problems with receiving the correct flooring. ** We know now that if any problems arise, there could be difficulties. ** (Reworded) Update: Visited the store and were told we could contact the Coretec rep. to work out a solution. Summers Interiors was informed we would be disputing the charge, that we are their customer, not Coretec's customer. After they were told this, I was contacted the next day and told the Coretec rep. was going to submit a claim through their claims dept. We will hear back from the rep. in a week. Second update: It has only been three days and I was contacted by Summers Interiors. I was told Coretec is willing to replace the flooring for free with any flooring in the same line as the original flooring. Summers Interiors wants us to pay for the tear out and install of the replacement flooring. Third update: Visited the store again. They agreed not to charge us for the shipment of the replacement flooring, tear out of the incorrect floor and install of the replacement flooring. I have been getting follow-up calls from the Summers Interiors rep. They are diligently working to replace the flooring.

Would never recommend. We did not chose this company to do our stone but I would never recommend…read morethem. In fact, I would advise to look elsewhere. WE had them install two bathroom counters and our kitchen counters. The stone we used for our kitchen was a full slab we picked from a warehouse but they told us we had to chose from their remnants in their work yard for the two bathrooms and that they would not consider doing counters for the bathrooms from anything but that because there weren't enough square feet. That didn't make sense since they could always use it on another job. We chose two anyway - a pretty dark green granite and a light brown speckled one. We went on our way and were told it would be cheaper this way. We chose two lower level stones in cost - they ended up costing the same as our high-end slab per foot that we bought for the kitchen. When I got home the day they installed it, one of the bathrooms had a completely different stone than we chose. they said nothing to us until we asked and even then, it took them a few days to get back with us after leaving messages. They claimed the stone we chose broke when they were cutting it and, without consulting us, they used another one that we had "looked at". No approval was given, no notice, nothing. Then they asked me if it looked ok. I said yes, but it wasn't what I asked for - the light grey stone looked like a commercially manufactured countertop. I told them I wanted another stone or a discount. They claimed that they couldn't give me a discount because somewhere along the way I had already received one (simply because I had agreed to let them install something bigger elsewhere in the house - at regular price). I was so astonished and infuriated I didn't know what to do. To top things off - the contractor who originally hired them to do this didn't want to clean up the mess or deal with this pain so he told me to consider keeping the stone and to not cause so much trouble. I never even received an apology from the owner of this company let alone anything to compensate for our losses.

The crew showed up right on schedule, protected the surrounding cabinets and floors, and finished the install in a single day no mess, no drama. The seams are practically invisible, the waterfall edge looks custom-crafted, and the price came in exactly where they quoted. It's rare to find contractors who blend craftsmanship, clear communication, and fair pricing so well, but Evertops nailed it. If you want beautiful countertops without the headaches, this is your one-stop shop. Highly recommend. They can improve selection of natural stone .

Run as far from these people as you can. Absolutely egregious low quality, sloppy installation…read more When they installed my quartz: 1) it was crooked and not flush to anything 2) the grouting / epoxy work looked like a child had just sloppily smeared mayonnaise everywhere 3) they left epoxy and grout spilled all over the surfaces and it congealed Prior to this, they delayed the whole project by bringing out the wrong dimensions of quartz, then ordered a replacement that was the wrong quartz. The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

They had a large selection of materials and looks to choose from. Their team came out and removed my old countertops and replaced the new ones in under an hour! They cleaned up everything before they left and even recommended what type of cleaner I should use on them. They were thoughtful, respectful, kind, and very easy to work with. They carried the counters up two and three flights of stairs without any trouble, making sure to not bump into my walls or stairs. It's absolutely incredible the difference a counter can make! The entire room looks different with my new countertops from PSI Tops! The mounted sinks I also got from PSI and they look amazing and seamless, worth the money. I'm in love with my new counters, now I want to redo my kitchen counters, too!!! I highly recommend PSI Tops. They were very friendly and made this easy, clean, and quick. Very well priced, as well! Two thumbs up!!!! Also, if you're wondering which top this is, it's the Calacatta Luna solid surface countertops.
