They did refund me but it took them a month to do so. And it only happened after I reminded them that they still had not processed my refund. So yeah. Not the end of the world, but it was still a frustrating headache... the other company I purchased my Sol Ark 15k from, Renewable Outdoors, was much more streamlined and gave me timely updates. They were also transparent and I did not have to constantly reach out to them. I was definitely frustrated with RENVU, but I guess it's not the end of the world and at least I got my refund. Our roof started leaking during a recent thunderstorm through our Sun Tunnel / skylight. They did a temporary fix which stopped the leak right away and then followed up to come back and redo the shingles to properly install them as it was not installed correctly by the contractor who installed it initially. They also patched several other spots on the roof and we haven't seen any leaks since even with heavy rainfall. Highly recommend.
