In my original Yelp request, I explained the problem in detail (a wiring fault in an existing house circuit). Then I explained it again on the phone. After an hour of troubleshooting the electrical problem, he concluded the problem is exactly what I had called him about. He then told me I have to pay for the consultation and an extra hour on top, even though he was only at my house for 1 hour 15 minutes. I asked Robert if he can find and fix the problem, he said he cannot and that it requires a "builder" and he cannot do it. He showed no interest in suggesting any alternatives. We were left scrambling when Tesla notified us of our vehicle delivery much sooner than we anticipated. With the vehicle arriving in days, I needed to get a contractor to put in the Tesla wall charger ASAP. After searching the Tesla site and Yelp I ended up talking to 6-7 contractors.
