Rude people!!! In…read morethe store hunting around for a product, and pass at least 4 different store associates and no one offers assistance. I see a manager, Brenda, and walk up to her. In the middle of my question, another customer walks up. She stops listening to me, and asked the other customer if she could help her. I'm like no, this just didn't happen. When I finally get to ask for a product, I'm told it's upfront somewhere in a bin. I search and finally locate the bin in my own, but now there's no pricing. I take a sample to the checkout line and start asking the cashier for a price. Brenda now comes up front, and interrupted me once again, and says they are out back. Or small bags on an aisle. Now for another search mission. Finally found it. Back to the checkout with now one register and 7 people in line. Finally when I am 2 away, another cash register opens. Cashier asks if I want a bag for my goods. Of course I do, but since she asked such a dumb question, I carry my 3 items on my chest to my car. Service assistance hit the rock bottom at this store.

It's preparation that is important is what they will tell you here. I always get their primers, especially oil base for outside bare wood which is what they recommend. Then, put on a final coat of satin or semi-gloss latex paint which is what they have taught me. They have lots of paint Accesories to do the hard job of painting like caulk, paint thinner, brushes, masking tape, roller covers, drop cloths, HD roller frames, other painting supplies to get the job done. They also have industrial oil base paint here for rougher floors outside and etc. Anyway, you ask Sherwin Williams and you can trust their advice here. I do recommend them. You can bring in a chip or sample of a color you need and they will match it by placing it on a machine that they have here. I don't how it works, but it does a great job. Just Ask Sherwin Williams. Their customer service is excellent here about the best I've seen when needing paint.
