This visit, I discovered that they carried Divine Purity Incense and ventured to try Cocoa Amber. The Divine Purity brand lip balm has always been a favorite of mine so I knew the scent of the incense would most likely be top quality as well. The scent of the incense was perfect from start to finish. I liked the incense so much that I went back and bought several more scents to try. Can't wait to visit again and see what new items have arrived. Service: The staff are always upbeat and pleasant. They are knowledgeable about every item stocked in the shop and always glad to answer any questions you may have. Value: Prices a relative to most shops selling locally made goods. Though value is similar to other shops...I'm not sure you can beat the experience or people. Tip: To smell the scent of the incense so you find the perfect scents for you, simply tip the closed container upside down and sniff the bottom of the container where excess oils have gathered.

Honestly, any business that welcomes our dog, I will almost every time purchase something-it means that much to me! The store holds a variety of items. It is a souvenir shop but this is probably one of the most unique souvenir shops I have ever visited. I like to purchase items when I travel that are locally made and this store had some items like that. Hubs and I took turns browsing the store and speaking with the owners, which made our experience more personable. I wanted to find something like an old souvenir Chattanooga vintage train but they did not have what I was picturing in my mind. Instead, the owners showed us trains they had in the window and offered to sell us the whole set but I could not afford it. Instead, we bargained for me to purchase a couple of pieces of the set. I thought it was very special of them to do that. We purchased some other souvenirs but none of them were sentimental like the train set pieces. I will definitely shop here again when we visit Chattanooga!

Needless to say the store employee did not make a sale with me. there was hardly any customers shopping, so I would have thought that the employee could have ensured the price was correct on every item in the store for sale. Turns out this is a women owned business featuring local artists in photography, art, ceramic, glass and more. Lots of unique pieces. And yes, on the expensive side, but as it turns out less expensive than two other gift shops (including the riverboat) offering the same candles. We were searching for butterflies and the staff were helpful in tracking down every item that qualified. We purchased a beautiful photo and added a frame from Walmart that made our dear friend's day.
