We had phone conversations about the rear opening, it had to fit a customer's piece that is 96 by 96 so it's imperative the rear opening is larger than the standard 94 x 97. Long Story short, I prepaid for the truck, flew my driver down who never measured the rear of the truck like i asked. Drives back to CT, the truck is the standard 94 x 97 opening. I guess it's on me for trusting Junior wasn't a liar and that my driver did as i asked. Oh well, after 32 years in business I should have learned not to trust people.

Even though we bought the truck "as is" they fixed the a/c and charged us only for the parts. It was about $1,700 in labor. I feel like I should rate higher but the fact is, after three service visits for a constant regen problem, I have now taken the truck to another dealer where I will have to pay again for the service instead of getting these guys to do it for "free" So far, their "free" service has cost me over $14,000 in revenue edit* 110 days after purchase the truck died and needs a complete rebuild. Not really blaming the dealer but it is suspicious that the oil was changed when we bought the truck. First thing most buyers want is an oil sample. Should have been a big red flag. In the first 110 days this truck was in the shop for 30 days. not a good ratio. Just had a VP at their corporate office tell me that a promise made by the General Manager means nothing if they did not put it in writing. Avoid this company.

Not to mention the free oil changes are for the cheapest oil even though your car may call for a certain oil they make Valvoline use the cheapest oil they offer meaning they are deliberately tearing up your car. Oh and the warranty you might as well forget that. They will come up with excuses on top of excuses of why it's not covered. Julie is also the so called customer service rep. From the West coast to the East the answer is always the same, two or more days to get work done. They are generally completely non-emphathetic to my needs as an owner operator. My experiences at mostly all service centers have been tumultuous at best. As I started my week feeling less than positive and apprehensive that I would get a serious engine code resolved in a reasonable time. I finally meet a service team willing and able to resolve my issues and get me back on the road. The meeting started out troubling where I almost turned around and left. But having no place else to get warranty work done on my new truck I had no choice but to appeal to my needs. Once Gary the service manager came into the discussion I felt there was a chance I could get the work needed. I explained my position and other reviews on social platforms I had read and explained I did not want a repeat of any of that. Gary assured me that my concerns of work and professionalism would be his goal and his team to provide outstanding results. True to his word, the many engine code issues, leaky windshield, even greasing my fifth-wheel plate was done in a timely efficient manner. Les was top notch on his workmanship and the most courtesy guy we have ever met. We live in Florida but when we leave Florida and head north, this is the place to go for service. Price was also much less than we were quoted in Florida.

He went they said they have run full diagnostics and found all the battery needed to be replaced and connectors (freightliner). They have quoted us almost 1k and we had not much but to agree, no wonder why they require cash only please save the hassle and pay with your credit card. Anyways as soon as driver went on the road after driving for some time same issue nothing changed so we needed to sent him another closes shop. Once he went there as soon as they opened it up they said it requires new batteries driver tried to explain them that it has already been changed but guess what nothing has been replaced and all we got charged for nothing but just for some check up((( please see yourself i will be attaching all of pics before and after also invoices and explanations from the second shop!!!
