Went with my brother to get repairs to his Freightliner Cascadia. I am the Yelper of the family. I…read moredid not feel it was a very professional setup. There was no established front office/counter. From the front you get to a waiting area before meeting anyone (no reception area). DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE NICE WEBSITE. There were no estimates for repairs. The office clerk just wanted credit card info and did not have a card reader? Not even a swiper of any kind. No even an attachment to a phone or tablet. At least let me know how much I will be paying. Had to ask the cost after she requested payment method/ID. Will see if the repairs hold up. Question the quality of the work. Cost was about $800. When on the road, you are susceptible to whatever someone wants to charge. Fair or not. Unfortunately. Will report back after a few miles down the road. Parts were definitely gouging. Can't say it wouldn't have been the same elsewhere. You really must check the work done, the cost and everything else. Fortunately, my brother knew that the work would not pass DOT muster. A T-coupler with hose tied with a ziptie. Really? Not sure if this is wrinkles in a new business and untrained labor or the actual permanent setup. Repairs to commercial trucks can mean life or death for more than the driver. Will follow up if repairs prove faulty.

I am a company driver, but I happen to love my truck and I have much admiration and respect for the…read morecompany that I work for. My truck broke down at a rest area and was towed to this shop for repairs. Their lack of respect for my bosses truck really did get to me. They had put greasy paw prints on the truck without wiping them off. They left the driveline sit in their muddy gravel yard without even as much as trying to protect it. They replaced an entire wiring harness for just one freaking worn wire. They installed the transmission control module without ever flashing it and programming it to my truck. So, when they told my boss after having my truck for a week that it was now ready. When I went to go try and start my truck up it wouldn't start. The same freaking error codes were still presenting themselves. They spent a day consulting with our shop mechanic and he told them what to do, but they wouldn't take the time to do it. So, ultimately my truck had to be towed back to our terminal in Illinois for our mechanic to repair my truck and get me rolling in a fraction of the time. I wouldn't even recommend Redco for an oil change! They claim to have a 4.9 star rating on Google, but I am telling you folks to read the one star ratings to find the real truth!

I would give this place 100 stars, if I could. They truly set a new standard when it comes to…read morecustomer service and I have always had the most positive experience with them. When I first started using them, my Honda Pilot had 225k miles and they could have easily taken advantage of my ignorance when it came to mechanical knowledge; however, they never tried to oversell repairs or charge me for a quick mechanical check-up before a long trip like the shops in the past did. The pilot needed a few repairs over the years, but 'she' just hit 310k miles and is still going strong. I recently took my 'new' 2014 Honda there to replace a bulb and they only charged me for the part, no servicing fee. They answer calls and questions with so much patience. Huge kudos to Skyler, he is always so helpful. They truly are an amazing crew and I wish more of their happy customers took the time to leave a review. . . They really deserve all the service business in Chatt.

I like this place. Most of their parts carry lifetime warranty. Just be sure to keep your receipt. I keep mine in my glove compartment of my car as well as my truck. Yes, I will come back. It's only a couple miles from Hamilton Place Mall. It's easy to get to and lots of parking, You can also get back on Interstate 75 with no problem as there is an excess ramp at the same exit that this Auto Parts Store is located.
