From the first call to the estimate to the work, Chad was super nice and responsive. He walked me through every cut he thought we needed as well as gave me general knowledge/tips for keeping our trees healthy. His estimate was thorough, had each tree listed as a line item, and the price felt fair and reasonable to us. The day of the work, Chad and the climber showed up right on time, handled our 6 trees in about a half-day, and cleaned and hauled everything away for us. Absolutely outstanding work and service from Chad and team. We bought our house just over 2 years ago and have 2 giant cottonwood trees which give us great shade and look really nice. The downside of them is that with the wind lately they created a bit of a safety hazard for us. After some huge branches tore off in our yard we decided to reach out to a professional and didn't know what we might be getting into as far as scope of project and price. We asked for multiple quotes on Yelp and Chad was by far the most responsive. He showed up within a day to give us quote which was more competitive than all other than we received. The team showed up on time and despite dealing with 100 foot tall trees they made the work look safe and were able to take care of all the dangerous branches while grooming any risky ones as well. I saw Chad and his co-worker trimming a bush at my next door neighbors house. After they finished there, I asked them if they could cut down and remove a 20' dead Cherry tree from my front yard. They said "Sure", charged me $450 and left me a stump in my front yard. Then before he left Chad said he had a "friend of his" that I could call and pay him to remove the uneven stump that he left.
