But, he showed up when I was not there and dumped mulch along with 60 logs which I did not want. I called him to come remove the logs and he made numerous excuses and failed to respond or answer my numerous calls. It has been 4 months and I recently texted him with photos of the mess and again no response. It will cost me $400 to have these logs removed. He is good at tree removal and getting paid but not finishing the job. Be careful when dealing with this slick individual.

Vincent reached out to me right away and then did a thorough site survey before giving me a quote, rather than try to estimate it over the phone. This was what the job entailed after the site survey and explaining what I wanted. 1) Cut off and remove - 2 cotton woods, 1 catalpa and 1 silver maple in front yard - cut to low stump 2) Remove bushes along S fence line in front yard (leave bush in corner near house) 3) Grind Stump (they went almost double the depth that they quoted me because they wanted to make sure the dead trees would not grow back). They surpassed my expectations. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and studious in their work and clean up. The icing on the cake was that they did this for $1250 less than any of the competition wanted to charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree removal.

Caution!! Would not recommend this tree service. Mike and his team met with my elderly parents in…read moreMay 2026 to discuss tree removal, including stump and debris removal. They said it would be done in a timely manner. They removed my parents fence to begin take down of the tree. They also posted to Facebook telling people to go get the free wood; which my parents were not aware of. Once my parents began to notice strangers on their private property, they found out about the Facebook post. They requested this to be removed, but it did not prevent people from going on the private property which resulted in several altercations. My parents had to put the fence back up themselves and place private property signage. Once the tree was removed, they stopped communicating with my parents. As of August 2026, Mike and his team have not returned to remove the stump. Mike does not answer phone calls or text messages from my parent's phone numbers. They do answer neighbor phone numbers. The most recent update (from a neighbors phone) is that his team does not have a way to grind the stump and they are several jobs behind. He said he will provide an update soon. Will update if this is ever resolved. Update: the stump was dealt with.
