I got some apple pumpkin cold brew with a splash of almond milk milk. It was mid. Service was good and ambiance was cute. Felt like I was inside a tin can! Was a cool location

I'm on a quest to hunt for the best coffee in Austin! This place was good but not necessarily anything to write home about. I had an event to go to on a Sunday morning and decided to look up coffee places near me, and the name really stood out. Google maps took me about a block and a half away from the actual location. I think they must have moved because there was a painted wall that also said El Tigre coffee roasters. When I finally arrived, I asked about their 3 different beans which I was surprised to find out that they only served their Brazil beans in house. The other 2 you would have to buy to be able to try. ‍ I ordered the Cold Brew. The best way I can put: It was good. The coffee has a subtle bright taste up front but mainly stayed more in the medium roast realm that wasn't too bright, bitter, or strong. Seemed to have good extraction but also felt it was a little weak on the end. I might come back if I'm in the area, but I'll probably keep searching at other places as well. Regardless, the name, merch, and coffee bags all looked amazing. I wish them nothing but success.

Came around 9:30 ish on a Wednesday, and was able to find a spot in their parking lot. There was only one barista available so I waited a less than 3 minutes to order but patience is a virtue and clearly could see they are doing their jobs. I ordered an iced latte with whole milk and flavor was nice. I took to go, but they do look like the offer WiFi.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and ordered a pistachio milk matcha latte with caramel syrup and an oat milk latte with rose syrup. The coffee latte was delicious and the rose syrup was appropriately subtle. I would've given El Tigre 5 stars but unfortunately my friend's matcha latte's taste was little off and not balanced well. I personally probably would've just drank it but she really didn't like it and asked for a different drink. The barista was very accommodating and kind enough to make her what I ordered since we really liked mine. They had outside picnic tables, some in the shade and some in the direct sunlight, best of both worlds! I'll be back but probably will be sticking to coffee drinks.

The service is very quick and the coffee is good. The staff is always friendly. It's a relaxing atmosphere and there's air-conditioning in the second room and inside the trailer They also have Wi-Fi

This was my first time trying El Tigre, and I was happily surprised! I've heard great things from friends so I knew I had to try it. The non-permanent and renovated airstream trailer was very cute and well furnished, and had cool air. The barista was very nice and helpful, so that always helps! And I decided on an iced caramel latte with whole milk, and it was perfectly sweet, the espresso had a prominent flavor and it was strong on the palette, and overall was refreshing in this heat! And the pastry was also very good!! I honestly can't wait to be back, I was delighted to find such a hidden gem!

I may be the current Duke of this location, but there is still a lot for me to try. And dang, I really want one of those really nice tote bags. Before I discuss the coffee order I got this time. I wanted to shout out the customer service for being ridiculously amazing. Maybe it was because I got there super early and right when they opened, but this was the first time I did not see them super stressed and low-key freaking out. I usually walk away with my beverages, but this time I sat down. One of the baristas actually came out and checked on me to see how my drinks were. I found this to be super special. Okay, now onto the dirty chai that I ordered. I asked (when I asked about the floral notes that I was tasting) if they made their own chai in house and the woman told me that they in fact did. She also mentioned that I got the end of the house-made batch so what I was tasting might be different from a normal order. I thought this was quite interesting and this was another unique beverage, despite being a staple at many coffee shops. Would I order it again? Probably not but it was good! Also, with the Shoyu butterscotch, I would stick to the iced version. So thank you Desnudo for another great vibe and for making my one hour round-trip always worth it!

Radio Rosewood wants to keep the party going all day and late into the night, offering food outside of "goes with coffee" and a beautifully appointed bar. Having said this, I just needed coffee, so my review is going to focus on that. The featured coffees here are roasted by their own RCB Roasters, and my selection was their Ethiopian Guji, promising some nice acidity and brightness from its lighter leaning roast profile. The coffee "space" is compact here, but they're using good gear and seem to have the staff to use it well. My espresso was served with sparking water, and was just as I'd hoped, a bright cup with citrus acidity that was well structured, but not overly acidic or bitter at all. It was a winner all around. I'll have to get back in for an adult beverage on my next visit, but I was pleased to see that us coffee lovers can still get a good "fix" here!

I was going to try the food, but I decided to skip it as I always judge a coffee shop on their coffee first. The reason for my tire rating is because of the wait time.
