Grabbing my drink

Hysterical coffee idea and such a cute spot to hang out and enjoy coffee or any of the other food trucks. You can either order from the truck on the inside of the courtyard or order from QR code and get the hole delivery situation. Coffee itself was just alright. They go realllllly sweet so be warned you may want to be specific on sweetness level.

Visited on a Sunday morning! There was no line which was nice. I ordered a latte with the Sugar Free Vanilla. Coffee is good, smooth. I loved the hole pickup! It was cute and fun, its creative that they have different hands that hand off the coffee mine was a crab/lobster hand and the person in front of me had their coffee handed off by a fuzzy cat lol. Parking seemed to be a little limited in the front, didn't see additional parking. There's lots of outdoor searing and lots of the tables have umbrellas, it's nice to have the shade. There's also a Pickle ball court here which is cool! There's two other food trucks in the same area one is BBQ and the other is Guac and Go. There's a little free library on the wall. Really liked it here I'll be back!

Nice outdoor place to enjoy some coffee. The concept is hilarious so definitely worth checking out. The coffee tasted great. The service was nice.

What a cool concept here! Server was such a cutie and so friendly and kind, she was the best. The banana latte was SOOO good! Pumpkin bread was one of the best I have ever had. Awesome little courtyard to hang out in too! Must go to.....for sure.

It's a fun experience. My coffee was good... not great. You are going to for the hole experience! Service was fast all through the app. You can go around the building and order with a person if you want to. No ambiance.. as we walked up and ordered and took our order to go... just a different experience but funny!

A Hole Coffee is exactly the kind of spot East Austin needs. From day one, the team has felt less like a pop-up and more like a friendly neighbor. They are welcoming, genuine, and clearly invested in the community around them. The concept is eye-catching and fun, which makes it easy to see why it draws attention and social buzz. What really stands out is that the coffee backs it all up. The americanos are consistently solid, and the pumpkin bread is genuinely delicious and worth grabbing every time. This is not just a flashy idea. There is real care in the quality, execution, and overall experience. A Hole Coffee is quickly becoming a local staple in East Austin. On a personal note, you're also so close to my place!

The coffee was really good here and the service was great too! Prices are fair. When you get your coffee from the hole, they change their little hand costumes it's pretty cute. Great vibes

Enjoyed stopping by this coffee shop. Not only are the owners super nice and fun (see: hands you your drink with a fur monster or lobster hand). The seasonal flavors were great and we got the signature cold brew. They also carry Quacks baked goods! The space is great too. Lots of outdoor seating and other food trucks. Parking is a little tight though so be prepared for that. You can also order ahead!

Coffee wasn't the best, so I wouldn't suggest coming here if you want a good quality cup. They do have unique drinks here, I'll give them that! It's definitely more a place for the vibes and to make a TikTok video, you can hang out in the community area while you wait for your drink! Service was great, their QR code wasn't working for us so we ordered at the truck but he still gave us the option of getting it delivered at the hole :)

This place has such a fun and unique concept! Grabbing your order through the hole in the wall makes the experience different from your typical coffee stop. The setup is creative, and there's also plenty of open space around to hang out.

very busy street parking cool concept of getting the coffee in a hole, but the actual execution isn't done well when it's busy (long wait with no shade, and unclear how long the order will actually take. the checkout website only says 20 minutes, but ideally we should know the exact number) coffee was just okay - nothing too special

Great concept and yes I was here for the hole and the coffee obviously! The awesome part is that the stuff is great and the coffee is so smooth and yummy tasting. So yes buy into the hype. I was only disappointed the online order system was done so I didn't get to ring the bell. Otherwise, fun experience. There is an ordering counter incase you want to bypass the hole. Plenty of seating and located near a dog park. Today, the crab claw delivered my coffee, so perhaps it changes? Go check it out and see what delivers yours!! Happy Yelping!!

A Hole Coffee is such a fun concept and definitely worth the stop if you're in Austin! I visited the coffee "shop" on a Monday morning and it wasn't busy at all. My fellow guest and I ordered two iced matcha lemonades, a croissant and cinnamon pull apart. The matcha lemonades were so tasty and refreshing! I could tell the "shop" knows how to make matcha correctly! And the pastries hit the spot too! There are two ways to experience A Hole Coffee. Guests can order via a QR code on the concrete wall, paying online and then receive via the hole. This option requires no human conversation. But for those who prefer face-to-face ordering, guests can walk around the wall and order via the coffee food truck. There is plenty of outdoor seating, much in shade, too. There isn't dedicated parking for the "shop. We parked on the street and there was ample available parking on a weekday morning.

One morn there appeared a gentleman who stitched garments with great skill and courtesy. Another time stood a musician who played both the harmonica and the mouth harp at once, whilst bounding upon a pogo stick as though driven by enchantment. Upon a Tuesday not long past, a strange vessel descended from the heavens, and the musician was swept upward by its radiant light. He was taken, examined for his gifts, and after much probing for knowledge, was returned unto us transformed. When he reappeared, he had become a mighty totem, carved like a great log of the forest. I do believe his soul resides within the wood still. I commend this place most highly, and bid all travelers to tarry here awhile -- for truly

There was a pretty measurable line outside the food truck, and I was worried the coffee might be overhyped based on how long the line was. After ordering a hot version of their Honey Lavender Oat Latte, I think they are owed an apology from me. I will always talk about the importance of balancing the espresso, syrups, and milk in a latte, and Noble Joe does it better than most brick and mortar coffee shops I have been to in Austin. It is significantly flavorful while still being espresso forward. I was genuinely impressed, which is hard to do after being the wreck I was post run. If you are on the trail, it is worth the detour. I live quite north so Noble Joes was a bit of a drive for me and honestly it's good coffee but a bit overhyped in my opinion. I bought two lattes - the seasonal blackberry crumble ($7) and the sugar cookie latte ($6), and although both had a good flavor, they both had all of the brown sugar that was supposed to be in them undissolved on the bottom and as best as I tried to dissolve it with the straw given, I had to wait until I was home (about 30 mins) to get a spoon to dissolve it. Personally I liked the sugar cookie latte the best! I would probably rate the coffee overall as a 7.5/10- definitely worth trying at least once! Service- 10/10 the baristas were very pleasant! There was only a line of 3 people when we went so we made the right call. The shop itself is very aesthetically pleasing - beautiful chandeliers, open glass, and modern arches everywhere. Plenty of chairs to hang out though wouldn't recommend as a place to study as even the day we went it was pretty crowded and most seats were taken. I got the banana cloud matcha and oh man the matcha was smooth, the banana cloud had just the right amount of creamy texture without being overly sweet and definitely is banana flavored. Note most of their matcha drinks are iced and I was worried that it would water down the flavor of the drink, but it did not. My husband got a special off the January menu the chai and was impressed as he said it wasn't overly sweet and spiced well. They do offer bakery items though we didn't try any. Parking wise no real free parking unless you come before the meters start. Otherwise it's all paid street parking.
