Strawberry matcha with an espresso shot and one regular
    Riley M.

The strawberry matcha was okay. The foam is delicious but it doesn't mix well into the drink. Service was decent but we felt judged for the way we ordered the matcha. Overall, I would come back on a nice day since there is ample outdoor seating. Cute vibes inside as well.

Decor and ambiance were great. Ordering is via the tablet so you a review the menu at your leisure. Ordered the seasonal pumpkin spice latte which was amazing. While it didn't have pumpkin in it, you'd never know. Also got the classic açaí bowl and it was ok. Definitely could have blended more as there were big chunks of frozen fruit and lots of small ones throughout. Ample granola and a few strawberries and banana pieces. Service was fine as well. What marked down stars was hygiene. Sat at the bar so got to see things being made. Gloves were not worn when handling food, and they moved between different areas including going to the back and using their phones. There was a box of gloves near the food area, and they were used, as a base layer for the dishwashing gloves. .

I wish we had this place in Dallas, it's THAT good…read more I had seen multiple reviews about the brown sugar miso coffee and was so excited to try it, it definitely did not disappoint. Nestled in a cute food truck park, this place is a walk up and go kinda order but your coffee is out fast considering the long line. The brown sugar miso was 10/10 and the vanilla with orange blossom had such a unique flavor. All around this place is a must try.

I may be the current Duke of this location, but there is still a lot for me to try. And dang, I really want one of those really nice tote bags. Before I discuss the coffee order I got this time. I wanted to shout out the customer service for being ridiculously amazing. Maybe it was because I got there super early and right when they opened, but this was the first time I did not see them super stressed and low-key freaking out. I usually walk away with my beverages, but this time I sat down. One of the baristas actually came out and checked on me to see how my drinks were. I found this to be super special. Okay, now onto the dirty chai that I ordered. I asked (when I asked about the floral notes that I was tasting) if they made their own chai in house and the woman told me that they in fact did. She also mentioned that I got the end of the house-made batch so what I was tasting might be different from a normal order. I thought this was quite interesting and this was another unique beverage, despite being a staple at many coffee shops. Would I order it again? Probably not but it was good! Also, with the Shoyu butterscotch, I would stick to the iced version. So thank you Desnudo for another great vibe and for making my one hour round-trip always worth it!

Radio Rosewood is easily the smallest space of them all, but it has this neighborhood charm that the size of both their main location on Manchaca and Radio//East lack. It adds this entirely new level of comfort to Radio. They have brunch options, as I saw people getting served, but I come to Radio for their drinks most times. I got a Spiced Maple Oat Latte that was excellent. The staff is so welcoming that you wish you could stay longer. I'll have to come back and give this location more attention. It was definitely good and had a unique flavor, but it didn't fully win me over. I enjoyed trying it, but it's probably not something I'd order again. The guava matcha, on the other hand, was incredible. Easily one of the best matchas I've ever had. The flavor was perfectly balanced, not too earthy, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. Exactly how I like my matcha. Overall, such a fun spot to try creative drinks. I'd absolutely come back for the matcha alone! Note to self, my cousins ordered the white miso and they said it was a little too watery. Get it warm ask for ice on the side.

The croissant I had last year was so perfectly crunchy and flakey, literally one of the best croissants I've had in the states. This year it was still good but didn't have that super flaky crunchy top. Still recommend! I've only had the plain. Guava next maybe? And yes, the line is always "long" but they move very quickly. The line was probably 20 people and took less than 10min. Last year they had breakfast tacos in the courtyard from a local place, but I didn't see that this year so maybe it's not happening anymore. Overall 100/10 recommend this place! Worth the wait.

The concept of this is really interesting, but I think I saw it on TikTok so I kind of knew what to expect. Essentially it's two baristas working in a concrete slab. The culture is really odd and super Austin which I can appreciate because it is no longer in my opinion. I ordered The A hole latte with oat milk and it was decent but nothing spectacular. The barista told me that they ran out of cinnamon, but that is clearly not true by my photo. I was going to try the food, but I decided to skip it as I always judge a coffee shop on their coffee first. The reason for my tire rating is because of the wait time. From start to finish it only took about five minutes, which was incredible despite the fact that there were seven people in line. Check it out if you're showing some out of state friends a little taste of how weird Austin can get.
