Absolutely delicious and definitely my favorite boba place in Lubbock!…read more My only complaint is that the hours change a lot, sometimes they are open until 9:00 or 10:00 but the hours are not the same as it says on their front door or on Google. But other than that, 100% recommend.

The burrito my hubby had was large and tasty. Just like something I would make him at the house. I had the elote. I've just started eating those and it was a nice treat. The raspada was soooo good. The only complaint my husband had was that there was so much fruit in the fruit drink it clogged the straw. That's a good problem to have. This does not look like a typical restaurant as it has a real Mexican type atmosphere. Everyone speaks English still. I wish that we had a place like this in our home town.

"Chicharro Preparado!???"…read more Be ware, a "chicarron preparado" looks nothing like the picture... you are expected to put it together yourself. I spoke to two different people because it was not what I ordered... they were unwilling to fix the chicharrón and when I asked for a refund or to order something else, the answer was "well, no, you already payed for it" completely unwilling to help in anyway. I have been here before with my family and everything has been great but this has completely ruined the experience. Other than than customer service, food is pretty great, so the review is not based on the food, simply on customer service.

It took about 30 minutes to get up to the window and then another few before they handed us our SnoCones. The ice has a very snowy consistency, and we all ordered extra syrup. Good thing because the bottom third of each was just ice - no syrup. That's the only gripe. It's a bit pricey from what I remember SnoCones costing, but it's been years since I've had one. Wonderful First Visit…read more We had such a wonderful experience on our first visit! While I was creating an account, I happened to use my new last name after celebrating our wedding days prior and Samantha, the manager, overheard and surprised us by gifting us some complimentary macarons that said congrats!. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it really made our first visit feel extra special. The matcha is amazing! The best place to go if you are a matcha drinker. I added boba and lychee for a fun addition. My husband got the mango smoothie with mango boba and it was also very yummy! I'm so glad we stopped in. The macarons were absolutely delicious, and everything about our experience was fantastic. Samantha was so kind and welcoming, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

I gave her my credit card, and when she gave it back to me, she almost shoved it at me. The shaved ice, the straw, the credit card and the receipt were handed to me all at once. Not that much extra‼‼‼‼ For $4.75? I DON'T think I will be spending any more money at any of your locations. I will save my money. I don't need to feel like I am bothering you to get a shaved ice.
