They offer samples which is nice because I've seen flavors in the grocery store but hadn't tried them. Realizing it was store ice cream was a little of a letdown, especially when we got the bill. We got three single scoop cones with one topping each and our total was $23 without the tip. If they had an experience type of environment that price would be worth it but there is no indoor seating. When we went it was about 95 degrees so sitting outside wasn't an option. I wish they had a cute set up inside, some seating inside. Then it would be a whole experience and the price tag would be worth it. They do have lots of wild ice cream towers but they started at around $13 so that could have gotten pricey. This has great potential but needs to bulk up the overall experience. I'd love a fun place to take visiting friends but this isn't it.

The sandwich was so crispy it didn't get finished, the corn dog was okay, the cheese didn't have much taste, but the coating was very sweet, and the waffle had ice cream and strawberries in jt! There appeared to be several young employees working, and the atmosphere felt more like they were there to socialize than provide good customer service. I ordered an elote and was surprised to see yellow cheese added to it without anyone asking if I wanted it. There were also no condiments available, such as salsa or other toppings, which was disappointing. I also ordered tostilocos, and they were not made correctly. They only put cheese, lettuce, and chicharrones on them, leaving out several of the ingredients that you would normally expect in tostilocos. It was very underwhelming and not what I ordered. To make matters worse, when I pointed out that my drink was made incorrectly, the employee went over to her friends and talked about the mistake instead of simply apologizing and fixing it. Throughout our visit, we felt like we were being stared at, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the service was extremely unprofessional, and the food was not prepared the way it should have been. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
