Anyway, I went here last night after seeing a reel on Instagram. This food truck is off on 15th right off Irvington, at the end of a small plaza on the empty lot side. There were soo many choices, it really was hard to choose. It would have been nice to have a place to see what's in each option since they're all so loaded. I ended up just going with the hot dog from the reel I saw, while my husband got the Sonoran dog and the el goddammit. He enjoyed both but I wasn't a fan of the beans in the latter. I would have not even known they were there from the picture. My hot dog was grand just as I expected and it was good. The bacon was reeeeaally salty though so not as enjoyable as I anticipated. I wouldn't get that one again. A lady walked around with desserts and I got a strawberry creama dessert, yum! Ohh they have a larger tent right next to the one you order from that has separate seating if you want to eat there and a cooler for drinks. You gotta have the limeees. You sit down and the server will come over to you, which I have not experienced before with a food truck. The ribeye taco is popular here for $8/taco and absolutely the most tasty ribeye taco we've ever had. The meat was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and it tasted delicious with the simple salt and pepper flavor that really lets the meat shine! The chicharron taco is moist and flavored nicely with the green mild chile sauce. The cabeza taco is also moist but tasted like a standard one to me. Overall, delicious! Oh, and they are CASH ONLY!
