The menu was very complete for the various meat served. I usually like to get Cabeza but I saw that they had chorizo on the menu. Most food trucks don't sell this type of meat for some reason. I really like the spicy flavor of this meat. So I ordered it with cheese and no cabbage (I hate cabbage). I added a flavorful red sauce from the condiment bar. Perfect for me but to hot for Matt. The meat was well cooked so you didn't have any orange grease dripping out of the taco. Some of the best chorizo I have ever had at a food truck. Matt ordered his usual carne asada taco and a carne asada corameles. As you can see from the photos, he added a lot of condiments from the outstanding sauce bar. He liked both of his lunch items. They had a very good condiments bar and had plates and cups to serve what ever you want to add to your lunch. The service was fast and efficient. They even had some one to help you at the condiment bar. They had a nice covered patio and Spanish music playing on the radio. The patio was very clean and the chairs were comfortable. Since Matt never finishes his lunch and takes the remains home for dinner, they offered him a bag to put the food and condiments in to go. The only drawback I saw was the noise from the road since they are right on the edge of the road. Nothing they can do with minor noise but after awhile you don't notice it as much. If you are in the area, I would highly recommend this food truck for lunch or dinner.

Percheron Mexican grill is just a food truck with some outdoor covered seating. If that's not your thing, they also have a real restaurant 3 minutes away. The menu is pretty sizable (literally and physically)! The classic Percheron is diezmillo steak, mozzarella, avocado, tomato, onion, mayo, wrapped in a flour tortilla and bacon! $15. I was behind two parties of two and my food took 15 minutes. I opted to take the food to go, since it was 9:45 pm. Thats always a risk because the food might not be as fresh as when it's freshly served. The woman ahead of me asked for well done crispy bacon wrap. I should have done the same, but I wanted to try it the standard way first. I really wanted to love this, but the standard soggy bacon wrap is not my thing. My stomach could not cope with the grease either -- this looks like pretty low quality bacon that is mostly fat. I was pretty disappointed and only finished half!

I was happy to see that they still have the covered seating area with a few tables, should you wanna sit in there. They also have another seating area right in front of the food truck. There is a menu you can order from white right by the window, as well as a larger menu on the fence I actually really love this place, my only gripe is the lack of transparent prices (I'll get to that.) Anyway, the service was stellar! When I was trying to decide what to order, the guy manning the orders simply offered me samples of the meats! It was so kind, and actually really helpful. They are all so so good. You really can't go wrong. I ended up getting three tacos and a burrito (because I'm greedy lol) and my husband got two tacos and a burrito. We knew we wouldn't finish it, but we figured we would have the burritos the next day. We also ordered two drinks, and I was surprised to see how large they were. I believe the tacos were four dollars each and the Carne Asada one was six dollars. I'm not sure how much the burritos were, or the drinks. When I asked my total, I could've sworn he said $60 something dollars. After I ordered, it looked as though he wasn't going to give me a receipt, so I asked for one, simply because I was curious as to how much each thing was. When I got the receipt, it had no pricing information on it. We got such great service that I just let it go, especially since I had asked the total and he had already told me 60 something. However, when I looked at my account this morning, I was charged 72. So I am a little confused about that. I could have heard wrong though so I won't hold that against them. Honestly, the food is really good, presented well, and the salsas were amazing. They also have a handwashing station, forgot to mention that! I will be back to this place, and I will get a better understanding of the prices before I pay next time :D All in all, I would recommend trying this spot!

Had Sonoran hot dog, Yaqui taco with carne asada, and a deluxe bean burrito. Hot dog was outstanding- better than Guero Canelo. Soft bun hiding the chargrilled dog surrounded by beans, pico, mayo, mustard ... everything that makes these do addictive. The taco has so much filling you can easily make it into two tacos. Condiment bar is fantastic!!! One of the toppings was an interesting cucumber/mushroom relish with a slight soy sauce flavor. Lots of salsas to choose from - we tried them all and they're killer. Looking forward to a return trip soon.
