    Lomo Saltado

I came here for lunch with my friend and got Lomo Saltado. Great spot for lunch as the service is quick. The lomo saltado was yummy and the green sauce it comes with is delicious!! Great flavor and textures overall :) Als, portion is large!

It was my first time here. We'd gone never door for a massage and when we were done we were hungry so we thought we'd check it out . When we entered were immediately greeted by the staff. A young lady seated us wherever we chose to sit and took our drink order. She was very friendly and patiently answered all of our questions about the menu. The food was very good (not great) my rice was cold, which was weird because everything else on the plate was very hot. The house salad was very large and was only iceberg lettuce. I ordered a seafood plate, it was seasoned well and if I were to ever go back I'd probably try something different . The menu was extensive, so I'd love to try something different. I want to give them a 4 but due to the quick, patient and friendly service from our server I will give them a 5.

Delicious and great value! We ordered the yuca, lomo saltado, ceviche pescado and 2 glasses of wine was about $66. To start they give you a comforting chicken and rice soup and when you add the Aji sauce- yum! All the dishes were amazing and tasty as well as the salsas. While I like spicy, the red for me got some kick. The green salsa had the perfect spice for me. My favorite was eating every piece of the lomo saltado (beef, rice, red onion, tomato) with both the salsa verde and Aji sauce all in one bite- flavors are phenomenal! Servers were nice and happy. We'll definitely be back

The food and service were both amazing! The food tasted fresh and delicious, and the service from the staff was kind and fast. I definitely recommend! The interior is also cutely decorated.

Returned for a sit down experience and it was nice from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and accommodating to us. I especially loved how they didn't make us feel like we needed to leave right away. We ordered: Pollo Saltado, Plantains, Camarón al Ajo, Aguadito Soup, Maracuya Juice and Raspberry Tea. Everything was delicious and very filling - even had food to take home!! Happy we came for dine-in and will definitely return again!

I am A-okay, not eating this as family style because it's so good, I don't want to share. We each ordered our own lomo saltado.

Inka is always a great choice for lunch or dinner. Their dishes are flavorful and filling as they offer great portion sizes and the food doesn't feel too heavy after you eat. The lomo saltado is always a must order and comes with steak, tomatoes, onions, and fries. It comes with a delicious and spicy green sauce that goes well with everything. If you dine in during lunch you also receive a cup of chicken soup with every entree ordered. Service is fast and friendly and they always make sure you're stocked on green sauce and water. Ambiance is great and have plenty of seating inside. A few other must orders is their piccantes and their fried rices.

So happy Inka came to West LA! First time at this location and these dishes did not disappoint. My go to is the Picante and Chaufa. The creamy and slightly spicy picante has such a unique taste that's hard to get anywhere else. The Chaufa is also my favorite! With the green sauce, the blend is so good. Each entree also comes with their delicious signature green soup. This location allows for dine in and to go orders. The servers come to the table for dine in options or you can order at the counter for to go. It's a casual and homey restaurant with delicious food! Definitely recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it!

Fantastic, family-owned spot with great food and attentive service. My husband is a Peruvian food enthusiast and he loves this place. It doesn't matter what you get, you'll enjoy this authentic taste of Peru. Also - the staff are really lovely, if you have questions about a dish - just ask, they're happy to walk you through the menu to find exactly what you want. Parking is easy and free. And they do karaoke on Thursdays :) This may become a regular stop for us!

I love this place and it's food. Unfortunately the workers are not very nice at this location. I had hair in my food. When they took my plate, no one said sorry or anything. They just took it silently when it came to the bill, they didn't offer me a discount, free dessert, or anything for their apologies of the inconvenience of the hair. wasn't expecting anything, but at least they could've apologize instead of having attitude that there was a hair. I would expect a little better service in a matter of this situation.

First time visiting this Peruvian restaurant on PCH in el Segundo. You can either order to go at the counter or seat at a table or one of their cozy booths and order for eating in. I ordered the picante pollo that was on their lunch special menu. All entrees come with a rice and chicken soup that is pretty tasty. My food was a mix of potatoes and chicken with a thick sauce. It wasn't that spicy though. It comes with a side of white rice. It was flavorful. Next time I will likely try something else like their 1/4 chicken with two sides. Our server was great and spent time telling us an out the menu.

I have been a customer of el pollo inka since I was a child and this is the first time my plate looked as little as this, also the soup isn't as good as other locations. First and last time I go to this location. I will drive the extra 15 minutes to go to either the Lawndale or Hermosa location.

At El Pollo Inka, we were happy to learn that any of the saltado entrées can be ordered in a healthier version with green beans instead of fries. I went with the vainita chicken saltado, while my husband ordered the regular shrimp saltado. Our friends chose the classic chicken and beef saltados, and we shared a ceviche mixto to start. We also enjoyed the complimentary soup that came with our meal. I can't handle spicy food, but everyone else loved the green sauce. Portions were generous and very satisfying. We always order chicha morada, the purple corn drink, and were happy to find out it comes with free refills here. Service was fast and friendly, and we'll definitely be back, especially since we're moving to the South Bay area soon.

March 20, 2026 | Friday | Venice Beach Boardwalk | What a fun and continued adventure when I met up…read morewith my neighbor once again, as I randomly spotted a colorful looking exotic restaurant! The location turned out to be El Huarique Peruvian Kitchen! What a delicious find that turns up the flavor and definitely the heat! Be careful what you ask for! Haha! Fish Ceviche | Yes, please! Now, at first bite, for some odd reason, I thought the dish was going to be hot, but it was cold and absolutely delicious! Taking our server Mauricio's advice, I tried each item separately on my plate and then mixed it up... Yummy! New flavors had my taste buds doing a happy dance over and over again! Haha! I would absolutely 100% get this dish again! The flavors were electric once combined! Turn up the Heat | Our server Mauricio asked my spice level and I confidently said spicy! He asked if I was sure and I told him the story about me being in India, requesting a spicier version of a dish & the Chef coming out to take a look at me, because he couldn't believe I wanted spicier! Haha! Comedy Hour | I was enjoying every flavorful bite of the Fish Ceviche, when all of a sudden my body started to heat up! I was like, I can handle a bit of spice... And then suddenly my tongue got really warm and I could hardly feel it... Then my eyes started to water... And suddenly I lost focus in the conversation I was having with my friend & the traveler! I could hardly talk, because it was honestly that spicy! Haha! I bet it was also the sneaky little red onions, in addition to the other spices! Help, Please | I spotted Mauricio and asked him if he had any bread or yogurt, because my mouth was on fire! He didn't! He recommended water, which I had already tried! My friend, she recommended plantains, which I had also tried! The traveler ended up recommending the lettuce on my plate, which ended up helping for sure! After a while, my mouth started to cool down, thank goodness! Eye Spot Spice | Just when my mouth started to cool down, my friend accidentally touched her eye, which must have had spice on it! The girl at the next table, dining with her significant other, immediately came to her rescue! I asked our server Mauricio for a cup of water so she could flush out her eye! The girl at the next table told her to rub her eye with her hair... Which oddly helped! Plantains | I can always appreciate plantains, as I love them! They arrived at our table and quite plentiful! I appreciated that the flavor was just the right amount of sweet and savory... Perfect! As conversation flowed easily between me, my friend, and the traveler! I invited him to enjoy the plantains with us, which he did! Fried Rice | My friend, ordered this dish and invited me to share it with her! OMG! I highly recommend, so flavorful and definitely shareable! I happily enjoyed every bite that I put onto my plate! Customer Service | Mauricio was top-tier! He was patient, kind and so much fun to explore the menu with! He really wanted us to have the Peruvian experience, considering it was both me and my friends first time having Peruvian food... as far as I know! Seating | Both inside and outside! We sat on the outside patio! Happy Meeting | While waiting for my friend to arrive at the restaurant, a friendly worldwide traveler, who was currently in town, helped me with the menu! Though his meal included chicken, a dish he frequently orders when he's in town, he invited me to explore the veggie part of the menu and mentioned that the food was really good here! Something made me trust his recommendation and I'm glad I did! We had fun chatting with the friendly traveler! Overall | Oh my goodness! Hahaha! Between the flavorful Fish Ceviche that was too hot to handle, sweet and savory Plantains, the customer service via Mauricio, an extension of me and my friends spa day, & other friendly customers, made for a memorable evening! I'm excited to do it again, definitely turning down the spice level and exploring more of the menu! Thanks again, Mauricio & the friendly traveler! We shall all meet again! Let's go!!

Points to any place that serves actual meals past 10:00 PM! I'll admit the reviews and photos had me leaning skeptical, but now I'm just super duper sad that Yelpers aren't giving this place the love it truly deserves. The service was genuine and friendly, inviting, attentive, and fast! The sit-down space is clean, has plenty of seating and tables, and the music was really pleasant. Straight up, this is the kind of place where the food isn't exactly fodder for taking a bunch of social media pics--an element of dining which has sadly become a *must* for too many. HOWEVER, good humans and true Yelpers alike know that only the lamest people in the world make food decisions based solely on photobragging ops. Give us the tasty foodz with the real smiles, and we'll sing your praises forever and ever. I'm happy to say this IS the kind of place that you can and will enthusiastically push people into when they're looking for something that'll hit the spot at any hour. We had the classic cut 1/2 chicken dinner, and the Lomito sandwich, and our server brought out and described three of their house-made sauces to go with the meal. The green one and the yellow one are delicious, but I honestly don't think sauces are even necessary because this food was PACKED with flavor. The sandwich roll was tasty and fresh, and held up perfectly despite all the things it was stuffed with. It managed to hold in all the filling and sauces without falling apart or getting weird soggy. The steak inside was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The veggies were, too. $18 for just a sandwich and no sides seemed a little high to me, but once I bit into it I understood the price. I'm pretty sure there was the equivalent of an 18oz. ribeye in that beast. The chicken had me gnawing on the bones like a dog. Not even gonna lie, I managed to eat way more of a chicken wing than I've ever eaten in my life thanks to how this place cooks it up. A lot of the bone was somehow not only edible, but delicious AF. How do you cook a chicken wing with bones that crunch like chicharrón?! Unlike many roasted chicken places where only the skin and the dark meat manage to maintain the seasoning, this chicken was juicy rich with flavor in every bite--even the white meat. The skin was super crispy, all the fat properly rendered. We finished the entire meal and were completely stuffed. Our server came up to us and asked if everything was okay, and if we liked her food. So I guess we got to meet the owner! We didn't like her food. We loved it. Don't sleep on this place.

I brought it to her attention and her reply was they haven't had a chance to change the prices (on the big signs above the register!!). When I looked at my receipt, there was also an additional fee for using my Apple Pay (which is basically cash). She didn't tell me about it either! It's minimal, but the whole experience is about being forthcoming! It's the principle. The entree doesn't come with anything. At least at El Pollo Inka they give you bread and a soup!!! Lastly, when I returned to the office, there were no utensils or napkins in the bag!! This will be my last time here. Way too many restaurants in the area.
