BE READY TO WAIT! Never coming back! Time and time again I am disappointed by the lack of customer service. I called one hour and a half to place an order and asked if it will be ready. (UPDATE: So I see you replied. And if you paid a little attention to what I wrote, you would have noticed that I never once mentioned Esquite had nacho cheese. Thanks for making an attempt to reply, though.) I am attaching the receipt as proof that I did purchase something after seeing the Owner gets super aggressive with another review. The items weren't prepared in front of us. There is no space at the counter to do so and anyone who walks in would notice that. The truth is, the Esquite and Flamin' Hot Cheetos with Nacho Cheese are a staple in the Latin community. So when you claim that you cut the corn "fresh off the cob" in front of your customers, you should be aware of the fact that there are people who will spot the fake authenticity of that statement. The staff was polite. The place was clean. People will probably like the food. The people who know what authentic Latin street food is will probably not be return customers. The Esquite did taste and smell like it wasn't fresh. The Cheetos were good, but that's hard to mess up. That's my honest review. Feel free to attack it all you want. read more

Where to begin? Hands down, one of the best snack shacks I've been to in a while. I decided to go with the esquite, mangonado, and dessert waffle. The corn was way better than expected I have to admit ....(and no, they didnt use canned corn lol). The dessert waffle is a must try if you have a sweet tooth, the strawberries are so fresh it enhances everything. ALSO, for my Glendale peeps, how many places do we know that has thrifty ice creams aside from our local RIte Aide?...I'm beyond happy to have found a place that carries my favorite ice cream. I especially loved that they had Apple Pay as well as google pay...I'll be back shortly for the abuelita hot chocolate (that's also extremely hard to come across, and I'm happy to have found a place that has them...yay!) definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat or to give in to that sweet tooth...they're open till 2am! read more

I have been coming here for over a year and never have I had a bad experience until last night. I came in with some friends and we split our orders up into 2. I ordered esquites and got elotes and i told the guy in the picture i got the wrong item and he went inside and told the lady with the red hair and they called me back inside. The lady tried telling me the difference between elotes and esquites making if seem like i didn't know what they were and she said everyone always confuses them when it's their first time here. Keep in mind I have been coming to this place for over a year, she was giving me attitude and they didn't want to remake my order even though i accepted the fact that maybe it was just misunderstanding, they were still screaming in my face and wanted me to leave with the wrong order. I ended up paying for esquites and spent over $40 including a tip i left at the beginning that i now regret. They brought out my friends order next and again they asked for an esquite but got an elote, how can they mess up both of our orders back to back but then try to blame it on us ? I have been in customer service for years now and at my job if this were to happen i would remake the order no matter how i felt about the situation , i would want my customer to leave satisfied and come back again. The guy threatened to fight some of our friends and the lady was very snotty, she even mentioned they aren't the owners so they don't care about our messed up order. Went in excited about not driving 10 miles to get esquite (Mexican corn) but walked out with warmed up canned corn that smelled bad and the normal toppings! Wow, I have waited for a place like this to open since I left junior high and no longer saw the elote man everyday. Ultimate comfort with with such high quality ingredients! The elote/esquite with hot cheetos satisfies every craving and leaves me wanting more!
