Meatballs Sandwich

I'm a tall person with huge hands and the meatball sub pictured is just half a portion. Love that they add the pesto with the red sauce and the service is top notch. Not to mention that the bread tasted homemade. Had them at the yonder bale breaker taproom in Ballard and would recommend to anyone.

Love getting food from this truck! Whenever it's near my work I stop by for something to eat. They got big portions, tasty choices, & friendly service that boosts my work day. Also sorry about the bites out of the bread, I realized I should take a photo after digging in a little.

Meatball sandwich - around $15 before tip (in 2024)

I went for the meatloaf sandwich I saw on yelp, but they didn't offer that at the truck so I tried the meatball sandwich instead. I would eat it again, it's fine, but probably won't because of the price. I've had low quality meatball sandwiches which I would rather have at half cost. This isn't me saying their food isn't worth the money, but the other options nearby seem like a better deal. Negative star for the owner and the bad vibes I'll keep looking out for the meatloaf sandwich to try out though.

You worked hard today, you deserve to eat something delicious. Get the meatball sandwich from Bella M'Briana and treat yourself. It's everything you want: Garlic, melted mozzarella, juicy perfectly seasoned meatball, toasted buttery bun, and pesto to cut through the richness. Didn't know I needed pesto on the sandwich but I'm sure as hell am not going without it from now. I had a whole sandwich for lunch and ate half of my wife's for dinner. The meatball with spaghetti was also a good life choice. I'm sorry that I took a picture with the carrot garnish still on it. We ate all of it so I can't take a new picture right now.

Delicious - Meatball sandwich and Spicy Sausage sandwich

We were first introduced to the Bella M'Briana food truck via the Cloudbreak coffee cafe in Renton on Friday July 24. The aroma from the truck kitchen was intoxicating. We wanted to order everything on the sandwich menu. We narrowed it down to the meatball sandwich and the spicy sausage sandwich. They did not disappoint. We were only able to finish half the sandwich and saved the other half for lunch the next day. We are looking forward to trying the eggplant Parmesan and carbonara the next time they are at the Cloudbreak in Renton. We forgot to save room for the cannoli dessert. It won't happen again Don't cook on Friday. Try Bella M'Briana the next time they are in Renton Cloudbreak serves decadent Olympia Coffee. After dinner, you can enjoy an Affogato

There are two meatball sandwiches in this picture neither of them look like mine.

Why is my sandwich the only one that looks like this? For $12 I should be full. House made meatballs are great could have used a little bit more tomato sauce seem like there was more pesto. I wish I was as happy with my sandwich as everybody else was their says it's the top seller and their most popular. So disappointed I'm in between jobs and I couldn't afford a sandwich but it looks so good.

The Panzanella salad is super fresh, very colorful, and to round it out, they can add 2 meatballs and the meatballs are amazing.

There's two walk-up windows here but we used the one not facing the two outside seating tables and closer to the residential parking lot. Menu is plastered on the window we walked up to, and staff make your order and give it to you on the same window. There doesn't seem to be any restrooms from a first glance, and not much of a surrounding area as this is outdoors. We each got their steak sandwich with provolone cheese and onions. These sandwiches are pricey, but they're also huge! I didn't need to do a cheese pull; the hot cheese stuck onto the foil wrapping did that for me as I was pulling it off to take my first bite. The steak itself is in little bits and carries rich flavor, and is very tender; it pairs very well with the cheese and onion combo as well. The bread itself is soggy but it matches the texture of the rest of the sandwich so I actually liked that. As with any sandwich like this, it was messy but one of the best I've had. Service was very fast and friendly, and sandwiches are huge and filling! I'd come again if I was around the area.

It's all Asian fusion and it all just works. Some stand outs - enoki fritters, genius. Umami fries - love the shoe string size, fish sauce crust and taste. Creamy udon - a crowd favorite, so comforting. Green beans had a nice tangy taste to it as opposed to the usual garlic green beans. Parking can be tough, just street parking. I stumbled upon it while scrolling through Google Maps and I'm so glad I went. All the dishes were delicious, and I was so pleased by the genuinely unique options. We got the banh mi smash burger, umami fries, Laos style street tacos, and the kho kho udon. Our favorites were for sure the banh mi smash burger and umami fries. I really liked that the fusion dishes were well balanced and that they truly felt like a fusion between two types of food instead of a discordant combination of flavors. The restaurant is deceptively small, but there's plenty of seating in the back room. The servers were friendly and did their best to serve us as soon as possible. If you can find parking, I'd highly recommend trying out Kuma!

I had a smashwich which is a smashed sausage patty, crispy hash brown, sunny side up fried egg, American cheese & spicy mayo on a SODO roll. Friend loved it. In the back there is a huge mural of Dolly Parton, Anthony Bourdain, and a tiny Bob Ross in the style of American Gothic. The walls are covered with trinkets from the 80s and 90s like Homies and California Raisin figurines and KISS Pez dispensers. The food: Smashwich - A really good breakfast sandwich. The hash browns give it some added crunch that is surprising but welcome. Chicken in a Biscuit - The biscuit and chicken taste great. It's a bit hard to eat because of how large of a bite it is and how firm the components are. Vanilla Cream Shokupan Doughnut - The donut portion is tasty and there is a ton of whipped cream on this. The cream is quite heavy though and leaves a fatty mouthfeel. Wish this was a lighter cream that's fresh filled into the pastry, but that's another prep step before serving. Overall, really fun place in terms of the decor, music and interesting twists on food. Oodles of nostalgia is always a positive in my book.
