Our mains which were the boneless combo came out cold, even though we had to wait on one entree because the kitchen sauced them wrong, so i'm wondering how something could be fresh yet cold. Unfortunately our server Bethany Ann wasn't very attentive to our table as she was some other patrons in the restaurant, so about 10-15 minutes after our alcoholic beverages hit the table I was able to tell her we weren't fans of them and asked to replace them with a mule. She told me because they are specialty drinks she could not take them back, and she didn't talk about replacing them. I have never heard of this rule in my years of dinning so I wondered if it was specific to Hooters, unfortunately I didn't get to ask management in person so if someone could confirm or deny that statement, it would be appreciated!
