Drinks after a hard workday were desperately needed lol. Parking: There's a small parking lot, so finding an open spot can be a bit difficult. Ambiance/Environment: Very casual and chill. They have a small space with a decent amount of indoor seating. No outdoor seating. There's no ac, so it became warm until they opened the door for fresh air. Service: You can either place an order to-go or dine in. If you're dining in, seat yourself and a worker will assist you. Thank you Vanessa for taking care of my coworker and I! She's courteous, quick, & efficient. She spoke Spanish but knows enough English to get by. Food & drinks: 1) Birria Grilled Cheese - I looove anything birria. The consome tasted amazing; not too salty. The grilled cheese had a generous amount of beef and cheese. So good! 2) Ceviche Pescado - They're known for their ceviche, so of course we had to get one. Pescado is Spanish for fish. The ceviche was citrusy and fresh. They gave us a good amount of tostadas to eat it with. 3) Mango Margarita - The mango flavor definitely came through. It was too strong. More so on the sweeter/fruity end. Pricing: Prices are as expected from a small business. We enjoyed everything, and we'll definitely be back for more! read more

All their food is delicious. I like spicy food and they offer plenty of options. The restaurant and restroom are always clean. They have two TVs for customers to watch and music playing for an awesome vibe. I've visited this facility so many times I feel like Family! Their service is awesome. read more

We were on the search for some empanadas de camarón and boy is this the place to handle some cheesy, flavorful empanadas. Other yummy foods were the tacos gobernador, taco de pulpo (spicy version), and grilled cheese de birria (no photo because it was too good that hunger was quicker than the camera). The kids quesadilla with fries and a capri is good for your little ones that just eat a little bit (comen como pollito). The horchata was made with coconut and had the right amount making it a mandatory beverage to have alongside with the food. Now the only reason there's a star off is because the PARKING LOT HERE IS TERRIBLE. So 'to go' is an option if you can't stay to eat, but have someone with you when you come because at least they or you need to go get the food. :) read more

Fresh and flavorful mariscos that reminds me of Mexico. My family and I came here last weekend and man did El Cevichazo did not disappoint. We were seated immediately and the server was beyond helpful. We ordered the aguachile verde, empanadas, tacos el gobernador, and the botana de camaron y pulpo. We met the owner and he was incredibly attentive. He gave his personal recommendations, noted the most popular items, let us try the negro sauce/marinade used for the aguachiles, and gave us a sushi roll on the house. The food itself was fresh and had the perfect kick to it. I liked the aguachiles and the green chile had a nice kick to it. The black version is less spicy and has a nice tang to it. Next time I come, I think I'll get the aguachile negro. I want to note that the aguachiles are still gray, as I know some people may have a preference. The empanadas had good flavor and were perfectly crispy. We also ordered a michelada and horchata. They add coconut to the horchata and it's refreshing without being too sweet. My mom enjoyed the michelada. Overall, the food was great and I would come back again. The only negative would be parking since El Cevichazo is in a small shopping center with limited parking. My no sabo self tried by little heart to speak Spanish, and definitely was understood (thankfully) haha. However, the servers were very rude about it. Otherwise, the food was good! Shrimp in the ceviche does come very raw/grey, thankfully it was a to go order so I added more lemon and let it cook at home. The flavor/mix is savory and does not lack any flavor! I don't think the squirt preparado has any alcohol & the miche is a MUST. Lastly, the location is nice but ambiance could be friendlier/warmer. This was my first visit. The menu is diverse, with Sinaloa (Culiacan-style food) dishes. The place is clean and casual, and the crew members were polite and friendly. Prices are a bit on the expensive side for what they serve. I got the tacos gobernador which are about $5.50 per taco, and also ordered their camarones cucaracha which was $20+ for about 10-12 shrimps The presentation was good, and the food was prepared to order. She told us that the owner was there and she was going to share this information with him. The owner came out And apologized in person and explained to us what could had happened....... Ive been wanting to try this place for years and I finally did last week. I was greeting by this lady which was the waitress and cashier she helped me pick out which items are more popular since I wasn't too hungry i wanted something small but this was juicy and flavorful ! To be honest I never know how to feel about mango on ceviche but i think the small portion was perfect. The shrimp empanadas cheese melted right in my mouth & the green salsa that goes along with it was amazing! Ill be back either tomorrow or Friday! Another great local find for my working Saturdays! I love shrimp ceviche and am always looking for a place that has good ceviche. The place is pretty small and quaint and the service was good. I added lime, mayo, and Tapatio to my shrimp ceviche and it was great. The shrimp diablo was okay, not sure I'll order that again but I'm definitely coming back for more shrimp ceviche. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the food here at this food truck. First of all, the service was outstanding, both of the folks working there were sitting at a table in front of the truck and immediately jumped up. I just wanted to look at the menu, but the prices were so reasonable that I went back and bought a shrimp taco. Wow! The shrimp was piping hot, and the mixture of the sauce and sour cream was gorgeous. The folks working there were so friendly, and engaging, and I appreciate that in this world of service workers that are robots and don't care about customer service. I love ceviche and I'll be back to get that tomorrow, trust me. This place is Sinaloa style, why that makes a difference is because every region has there own way of preparing seafood, Sinaloa and Nayarit are probably top 2.
