The good is the food and the shake. The bad is the App... App is not user friendly, does not allow you to alter anything specific that comes in the bagel or sandwich. For example Nova Lox comes with capers, I wouldn't want that but I can't ask for those off. I get a turkey club bagel but I can't substitute or take off tomato on the website or app. read more

Oh how I've missed Einstein's bagels! We've lived in Phoenix and stopped by often to enjoy these delish bites of heaven and missed them in Denver. Yesterday we drove by this location Tucson and decided to come in early today. No regrets. Nope. They didn't have what my guy and I absolutely love, cinnamon raisin and onion bagels, but when I asked they had some in the back. Yea! A Bakers Dozen with two schmears are coming home with us. I've always done drive-through with Einstein's which has been great. Today I thought I'd try something different and order inside and eat in their dining area. Their method of operating their customer service line inside is stressful, not customer-friendly, and appears to be complete & utter chaos. I'll give them a second chance on the indoor experience, but if it's the same I'll stick to drive-through. We don't have an Einstein bros in the 50th state so I was super excited to be visiting and be able to stop and get a bagel and my favorite smoothie. We drove through the drive thru unsure whether the store was open or not and the worker who helped us was really quick and helped us with our order since it was my moms first time. We also may have forgotten to order another smoothie and he was more than happy to get us what we wanted. Also great recommendation, loved the farmhouse bagel. Great service read more

Einstein's bagels are some of the better bagels in town, certainly better than the other popular bagel chain. However, this location isn't so great, at least it wasn't on our most previous visit this weekend. Let's start with the bagels. They're good. As a native New Yorker who can pretty much attribute at least one roll of fat to bagels, I can confidently say these are good bagels. Not the best I've had, but good. They're pretty big. They're soft and chewy on the inside, with that nice crusty outside. Yum yum! They put plenty of seeds or cheese or whatever your topping of choice is, too. My only gripe is that an everything bagel should NOT have rye seeds on it. They are far too strong, and they overpower every other flavor, hence ruining the point of the everything bagel. I also looooove that they used whipped cream cheese! That's the only way to go! It's not too dense, it's nice and creamy and fluffy and just perfect on a garlic or onion bagel. I had an egg sandwich on our most recent visit, and it wasn't so great. The eggs were very bland and boring. The bagel saved the day, though, so it was still edible. I probably won't get eggs there again, though. My husband had lox, and they gave a good portion of it, which was nice. He said their capers were super salty, though. The most disappointing part of this visit was that the restaurant itself was really dirty. There was only one couple eating there when we got there. Yet, we couldn't find a clean table to sit at. I had to wipe down a table myself. There were at least five employees meandering around at the time, and no one thought to clean the tables. So lazy. The floors were also filthy, as was the garbage can area and the drink area. The employees had time to goof around though. Not cool. Where's the manager to make sure the kids do their jobs? Overall, though, I like Einstein Bagels, but I don't think I'll drive across town to eat here again any time soon. read more

I'm a real bagel lover, and this location is just a short drive from me. I've been here quite a few times in the past 6 months. It's an uneven experience. This place seems to operate best either early in the morning just after they open, or during the mid afternoon, after lunch hour. That is because those are the times that I have come, where they are least likely to screw up my order. Here's a list of the many bungles they have made so far, some of them on multiple occasions: Charged me for a large orange juice when I get a small one, Giving me the wrong bagel Putting the wrong shmear on the bagel Giving me the wrong breakfast sandwich Charging me for extra products that I didn't get (the woman at the register suggested I get them anyway) The thing that keeps me coming here is that they provide great customer service. Everything has been addressed promptly and they were for the most part professional. If I didn't live nearby, they wouldn't be seeing me, bagel craving be damned. read more

I have visited here a couple of times because it is near my office; however each time I wished I had stopped by Brueggar's by my house. The staff here are not friendly and appear to not take cleanliness seriously. Nor do they go out of their way for the customer. I have had bagel sandwiches to go (which were so soggy when I got to my office 5 minutes away) that they were inedible! I swore I would not come here again but then we decided to stop in and hoped the food would be better if we ate there. The sandwiches were better because they weren't soggy but that is about it. I'm a regular customer, I pay with the App everytime because of Apple Pay support. The past (6 times) I have a problem with that same branch (Oracle) as it's the closest to my house.. I have to say the manager there, I don't know her name (the very short lady) always try to make it right and she's very apologetic as she knows me and my wife, because we are regulars. The problem is the past 6 times I always either: get the wrong sandwich or bacon added which I never eat or 2 missing sandwiches like today (order # DT50146) Store # 3595 .. 9:39AM.. After I arrive home I find there was something missing, I really smile and forget about it. The next visit I tell the manager and she says we are sorry we forget to this and that. BUT now it reach to a point that's a very common mistake.. I placed an order online the Einstein Bros Bagels catering website, two days in advance and I ordered the All Day Breakfast for the Group (serving up to 20-30 people), delivery between 8:30am-8:45am. I was pleasantly surprised when the delivery person promptly arrived at 8:30am. The delivery person was quite personable and traveled with me from the reception area (up front) through the maze of hallways to our final destination. He also offered to help set up but I was uncertain as to which meeting room I was going to be housed in. Anyway, he left with my order and asked a second time as well as offered to wait a few minutes. Nonetheless, I sent him away as I was certain I wasn't his only delivery that busy morning. I am docking one star as I did not receive ice for the orange juice. Other than that, the coffee was just enough, assorted bagels, morning pastries and shmears were wonderful. The fresh fruit was also great. All but the ice came with the order (utensils, napkins, cups, coffee necessities: creamer, assorted sugars, and stirrers). In comparison to other bagel places, these bagels appeared to be freshly made as they were just perfect when bitten into. Not too hard and not too soft, perfect to the taste and touch. If you like breakfast sandwiches as much as I do, anything you order you will love. I usually only come for breakfast, and I feel they're better at that than lunch. I ordered a Tasty Turkey with potato salad. The guy told me they were out of cucumbers, kind of an integral part of that sandwich, but whatever. It was a little busy, not too crazy, but they seemed to move a little slow. I was waiting for quite a few minutes for my food. With no drink, my total came out to about $8. If you frequent Einstein's at all, sign up for their rewards program with your phone number and email. They send so many coupons now. I had coupons for $3 and $2 off, and the cashier allowed me to use both, so my lunch was less than $3. Went inside for new drinks (the lady at the front was very nice so we love her) and the new coffee had chunky almond milk and tasted like water. Asked for a new bagel and got another burnt one, asked for a third new bagel and a different lady at the front gave us attitude even though our bagel was so crusty musty. I love these bagels! They're the perfect crispness on the outside and chewy goodness on the inside. I'm especially fond of the spinach asiago bagel as well as the salmon lox sandwich with cream cheese and red onion, yum. The bagel dogs are really good as well. I haven't even had a chance to try the sweet offerings yet but that's on my next stop. Super convenient to go through the drive through but I really like to go inside so I can see all the yummy flavors. Fresh orange juice and blackberry lemonade are ready and waiting for you to scoop them up. The staff that work there are very kind and accommodating. And the sandwich was just a normal store bought bagel size with very little eggs and bacon on it. First time I went here they were out of everything my wife ordered they were out of. Second time they gave my wife the wrong bagel and smear and my bagel was burnt black and they still gave it to me. My whole family LOVES bagels from Einstein Bros. We love how many selections they have and all the smers. Today we went because I heard they had a Dairy-Free shmear for those of us who have allergies. Unfortunately, they didn't carry it anymore so that was a bust.
